We gave our woman rights 1400+ years ago. Dont believe me? Open your eyes for 15 minutes and read the Quran.

We gave them the right to agree and disagree on matters of the country which also affected them.

We gave them the right to buy and sell houses.

We gave them the right to divorce or stay with their husband.

We gave them the right to keep the house which they lived in with their husband after they divorced their husband.

They can live in the house until they may choose to find another husband and the ex-husband had to support her with everything she needed be it money or whatever.
