ummm....and how experienced are you in such matters? the otherworld is not for amateur psychics - messing around in other dimensions without having the strength to fight the denizens of said dimensions can and probably will leave you horribly damaged...perhaps even beyond repair.

However, if you do have the strength to fight them, be my guest: it would help a LOT (too few psychic warriors out there )

Urinate into a glass bottle and seal it. The bury it in a patch of healthy plant growth. i.e. light forest, garden, etc.

It is an old tale passed down that it grounds out evil intention from others.

Start by opening all curtains & blinds. Flood your abode with as much sunlight as possible. Clean things up -- dissary & clutter is a negs friend. Use essential oils & incense to make a nice smelling atmosphere.

Acquire some white sage for smudging. Light the sage and make sure you get the entire house & all corners with the smoke while telling the entity to leave & never return.

In the interim, you make wish to contact a psychic, minister or priest to see about getting your home blessed.

In the future, before you do meditation & astral travel work, make sure you do a prayer of protection first. As an earlier poster stated, make certain you are able to either avoid on handle these problems before undertaking future astral trips.

Sounds strange but also urinating and crapping in the Earth is good for your spiritual health. It is one of many connections we have with the Earth.

You need to maintain a strong connection to the plants in your area. That is done by, well, dropping your waste into the Earth.

The Plant life is their for us in many ways. When they consume our waste, we become connected.

The Plants are a source of vitality and a sink for negative, dirty forces.

A powerful mage will know this. Keeping a flame lite as long as possible is another form of protection. The longer the flame is "alive" the better it can serve you in the Astral realm. You can transfer via candles, lighter, etc. But don;t let it go out or else you must start over.

A flame that is many years old is VERY powerful. Think about that, Eternal Flames fed from gas lines are ppowerful entities.

Lots of sound advice given here already. I had the same happen in my home once. Some measures you can take or try all of them:

1) Prayer!! Prayer!! and more Prayer! Call out for a host of guardian angels to surround you and your home with protection and banish all negative energy.

2) Pour rock salt on the carpets and floors all around your home. Let sit overnight then vacuum it up, throwing out the salts immediately in a far away place.

3) Smudging, as others said, with sage or comparable herbs or incense.

****Stop communicating with it in every way, shape or form. It will latch on like a leech! The more attention you give it, the more it will feed off of your fear and agitation. Trust me on this, I know!!

May I also add -- you & your roomates must control your emotions. Show no fear & do not allow this to cause you to bicker among yourselves. Negative emotions are superfood for nasty entities.

The soreness in the neck are is where they are attacking..it could be an entrance or a subtle warning.
when this happens, arm yourself and have permission to arm/shield others around you. Do not in any way shield or arm another without permission, serious here.
Weave a web of light around yourself,
what is it that is the greatest strength? Light, steel, chain mail? What is it that projects the greatest strength to you, weave this aroud yourself.
Spend time doing this as intricate as you can, cover your entire body head to toe.
this is your protection.
Put spikes, nails, energy bolts, what ever makes you feel protected on your armor. Imagine that if it is touched, the spike will hurt them, deeply hurt. Remember that this is for any energies that you have not allowed to come into your space.
Now, you are shielded, arm yourself.
What is it that gives you the greatest protection, I have a sword of flames, white flames of love, peace and compassion.
Use this against them..
love is the greatest destroyer of negative entites or energies. the stronger your emotion, the greater the weapon.
ANGER will only give energy, while Love will repel energy.
feel compassion that they are trapped beings and seek only to have contact .. feel how terrible it would be to have no LIGHT or LOVE...they drain you to have this contact, to have this energy that you have in abundance.
Do not share your energy...it is yours alone, give them the way to light..banish them to a life of light..weave a web of light around them, you may weave this stronger as you need, if you feel that the barrier is week, strengthen it.

Keep sunlight in the house
Salt around the entry ways, doors, windows
Laugh...laugh, feel joy, create an uncomfortable atomsphere for negativity
If you are not a person that prays...Give thanks to The ALL that you have many blessings in your life..

ther are many things that you can do, and you should try and see what works best for you...we are all unique in our ways and what works for one may not work for the other


After you have come into contact with any being that leaves you drained..
hug a tree
it sounds funny and weird, but you will connect with earth energies and be refreshed

Indeed - and they will try to get you to go into negative emotions when you least expect it, simply so they can feed on your energy all the easier. They don't care who they hurt to get their way, as long as they are satisfied in the end. Learn to recognize when they are playing with your emotions - half the battle is knowing your enemy and their tactics. It's usually when there's no actual excuse or reason for feeling the way you do (example: you've had a great day, but all of a sudden you just feel like sobbing or raging).

Along with everything else mentioned above, the type of music you play in your home can invite in all kinds of energy. Words are powerful...especially if the words are repeated by singing over and over...becomes a mantra.

If it is possible that there is a source of it, i am pretty certain i know who it is as she is being effected the most by it...(now that i think about it...she is also the atheist of the group)

There are some very good points here - but sharing energy with the ones I care about is sacred to me. It is part of the neverending flow of life - as necessary to me as breathing.

You are correct - never shield anyone without their permission (I've had this done to me before - very unpleasant...it was like a psychic blank void until they removed it).

I must confess - I've never hugged a tree before (my element has always been the Wind and Air), but I'll try it the next time I feel drained

I like listening to this while meditating and before sleeping.

Sharing energy with loved ones is a different story than sharing it with entities, I regret not making that a clearer point.

whether or not there is belief from your roommates, your belief can be strong enough to do good for the all
there is a subtle manipulation...that is the right word, that can help your roommate whom you believe to be the source
the intent here is what matter
is your intention purely for the good of the all
if so..
start telling her she is glowing, radiating a beautiful light, colors don't matter, it is the mind focus that you are intending on creating..
if she believes that she is glowing...the energies will slowly repel from her. The belief is up to her.
When you are telling her these things you will probable see, hear, feel or imagine a slight hissing noise, or wind brushing against you...don't be afraid, just be shielded.

It is not hard at all, but stop think in terms of "remove" (that is degrading).
The one/ones that you feel are harassing you are simply confused beings.

They are NOT in any way different that YOU are! (Just that you are running a body, and they somehow got stuck in-between)

Here is a very easy way to help them!

Close you eyes and relax.

Spot ANY confused (or as you might feel evil flow.

However - it is NOT evil - it's ALWAYS confused. Just as there are NO evil humans - just very confused humans doing very confused things).

So, now you have spotted "something" that is affecting you.

Just tell him/her/them:

Scan through incidents that you feel inhibit you from loving yourself and others!

No more, just that and you will feel that "something" will happen. If you get the concept that he/she/they have start to scan thru incident - don't disturb them, just let them go on - and suddenly (or immediately) you will feel a bit of a release. (That's when they leave the between area- and your space.)

If you don't get the release, they are still around. Just tell them again... Scan through incidents that you feel inhibit you from loving yourself and others!
...and maybe add - "and you will soon be back home again". (Don't tell them what "home" is - let THEM decide what home is, as well as what incidents to scan thru.

You can do this many times on different confused beings that "pass by".
It will make YOU as well as THEM to feel better :)

And I am NOT fooling around. It's just simple like this!


THE MOST IMPORTANT THIS IS - THEY ARE JUST LIKE YOU! They are NOT evil demons or something like that. If you treat them as evil, you can be sure they will get pissed of. Treat them for what they are and they will listen to what you say, and they will follow your advice.

uhhh...... while you are right that they are not demons (though similar), you obviously have had very little contact with them. They are not confused, they are malevolent and evil! If you had been to their dimensions, you would know this - I have (via astral projection), and let me tell you: the things I have seen were beyond the human ability of depravity and evil - I could sense no good in them whatsoever (not even a tiny sparkle). These are entities born out of the very essence of evil - do NOT work with them!

Well, apparently you don't have the strength either if you are sending out random smoke signals to anyone for help. I suggest you rid yourself of your problem and stay away from what caused your problem.

I wasn't calling for help - I can handle myself just fine . I suppose I should have clarified that I was saying it would help the 'grand scheme' of things in the battle of good vs. evil if he had the strength and desire to fight; not that him fighting OP's entity would help me personally.

As a Christian who has seen 1st hand demon activity, if it was me I would plead the blood of Jesus over yourselves. Also think of any item that has recently come into your living quarters, especially something used. Spirits can attach themselves to objects.

Here in Jacksonville Florida they have a show called Local Haunts. Very interesting. They have videos which you can watch previous episodes.

I loved listening to Emilee Autumn and fell into a funk shortly after. I love all types of music (except most rap). The music was sometimes beautiful sometimes ugly in an interesting way but I believe it was the words she was saying.

70's music for me now, all the way.

You may want to consider burning dragons blood.
If you're using oil instead of a stick, put sage oil with it (sandalwood if you already have some-just a drop to top off the other 2 oils but not totally necessary if you don't).
