Can you explain just how HAARP can be used to "deflect" CMEs?

Haarp creates an ionization field. That means that there are charged particles in the air. Cme's are also charged particles. The ionization field created by haarp repels the cme's charged particles. Similar to how two magnets repel eachother.

Haarp caused more tornados in one day than occur on average in the entire month. Need more proof than that? I don't think so.

HAARP information is avavilable from their own site and you can verify the size of the array and therefore keep them honest within half a million watts or so just by sight with satellite view.

NASA has the formula and the information on the power of CMEs it is not hard to find the raw data and calculate
