What would be the demand for free online classes about canning and food preservation?

I am thinking about doing it. I know there are a lot of resources, but not actual classes with completel how-to's and such. Perhaps even more indepth articles and videos about how to candle chicken eggs to determine fertilility, and even how to tell the gender of a two day old baby chick and stuff like that.

Any ideas? I am not looking to make money, just provide a service.
