While I think the cop shouldn't have hit her, obviously if he knew her by name he has dealt with her before. Maybe he knew which direction this call would head if he didn't end it early.

Calling it like I see it; and that "punch" is the stuff you see on television every day.

Ignoring the fact that his arm is obviously pulling back towards his body after 'punching' this 'special needs' 'woman' instead of following the direction it was thrown - you can obviously see that he draws his arm back with more force than he uses to 'hit' this person.

After the war, the military that became cops took their war-force training with them. Meaning, they have not yet been debriefed that war-force is not acceptable in their home country on another job.

Another attitude problem that officers carry with them is the contempt and suspicion for anybody with a mental condition. Normal people fake mental conditions to get out of trouble sometimes. Deep down, officers want to match wits with the person they are confronting. Why? For the adrenaline rush in the conflict.

And if they can't get their adrenaline rush in the conflict, they make one up. Like this one punched someone in the face for the rush. Most people are conflict avoiders but police are trained to create conflict, and then win the conflict that happens with the tools their government gives them.

Me just mentioning this fact is already escalating the adrenaline in any officer that reads this, because I am creating a fight/flight scenario, or a debate, and they are trained to fight it and not fly from it, see?

But mental people make easy targets for everybody, law breakers and law enforcers. They are unable to defend themselves with their wits, or speak up for themselves after they have been victimized, or to be believed for their true stories, because of the lie that all mentally ill people have delusions. Thank goodness the camera was there for this one.

Not having Flash, just looking at the photo for the video, the officer seems to me like he's on too many energy drinks. Those drinks will mess up anybody, cause people to short out under stress. They will cause you to go psycho, more so if you are tired, more if you have a high conflict job.

when law and order is thrown out of the window, which will most likely happen sooner than later, these pigs will be rounded up and treated like the animals they are. I've been the victim of police brutality as well as others yet the cops say THEY'RE the ones being victimized. They WILL answer to the karma heading their way and maybe then they can get down on their knees afterward and confess of their wrongdoings. Justice will be served.
