If he was RIGHT next to his truck, you'd think he'd be smart and get in and go rather than shoot and murder somebody, the shooting was a choice or a very poor reaction.

Zimmerman was pursuing against direction and he wanted to be the "hero", but so far it seems like he's a murderer.

With all the 911 calls within the year, you'd think Zimmerman was that crazy neighbor that everyone wants to move away from. Like the asshole that looks out their window with nothing better to do, waiting for the ball to fall on their lawn.

Sorry man, the law is gray because it comes down to whether zimmerman felt his life was threatened. But that is stupid because threat is always subjective and some people have very low thresholds.

If Zimmerman gets off, people should just be able to walk around the streets and shoot each other because they're insecure and afraid.

I have been saying that since day 1. When the dispatcher advises George not to follow he says ok and walks back to his car when trey approaches him. Thats when the kid knocked him down and started slamming his head. That is the evidence/facts that i see. It seems George's story holds up. I hope they arrest him so the facts come out in court.

Honestly, it seems your Number 2 should be good enough, #1 should be irrelevant.

Think about it (not you because you get it, but OP), when you call 911 you are calling emergency services.

When that young woman (17?) with her child had that guy break into her house, 911 told her to do what she had to do to protect herself and her child and she shot and killed the intruder. That is grade A acceptable in my book.

In THIS case, 911 told Zimmerman that they will handle it and he just ignored their direction. 911 isn't always right, but in this case I really believe they were. He was far enough away (and with a vehicle) to be out of danger. He put HIMSELF in danger.

Zimmerman thought 911 was wrong, so he pursued. PURSUED, against the DIRECTION of emergency services.

GUILTY, no matter how you cut it. IF they found Trayvon armed, then I it would be different.

This was a shoot first, ask questions later scenario.

1) Pics show a gash in the back of his head. Paramedics had already cleaned up the blood, and he was wearing a red shirt, which hid any other blood spatters.

2) The dispatcher never told him to quit following Treyvon. But when he was told it was no longer necessary, he quit on his own and walked back to his car.

Anything else beyond these things is even more convincing. Especially:

BOTH Treyvon AND Zimmerman were on the phone, and they BOTH said that they lost each other.

At that point it is over, except that Zimmerman did NOT know where Treyvon was, but Treyvon knew where Zimmerman was. That's why when the dispatcher asked Zimmerman his address, he whispered it, and told her he didn't know where Treyvon was (i.e. if he could hear him telling his address).

At that point, it was over. Zimmerman couldn't attack Treyvon even if he wanted to, because he didn't know where he was.

That's why it is 100% certain that Treyvon jumped Zimmerman - because Treyvon was the only one who could have attacked, because Zimmerman didn't know where Treyvon was.

Period.

That's where some people get into trouble. They think they have it all figured out, and refuse to believe there's anything else that could have happened. Many innocent people are in prison and death row due to these assumptions.

It is not murder to fail to follow police instructions. If you don't follow those instructions and find yourself under attack, you are still entitled to self-defense.

You are always entitled to self-defense.

The police instructions were right. If he's followed them, there would have been no fight and no possible need for anyone to die. The police are right to try to calm things down. That doesn't mean that if tshtf, self-defense isn't appropriate.
