How to naturally fix crusty dry feet/heels/bottom of feet?

Yes, first cold press and get the very best...I make sure to get salad dressings made with olive oil and I buy tuna in olive oil...drink it, bathe in it, use it to lube your electric shaver, it the best shit in the world...

You probably have a foot fungus and you're never going to get them smooth until you get rid of that. Try some different OTC anti-fungals.

oil (avocado, almond, olive) + plastic bag on your feet and wait 30/40min, than wash them with an oil based soap.

do this for a couple of days.


or if you don't have the patience, you can put a lot of cocoa or wax butter, put a pair of socks and go to bed.

The dryness is athlete's feet.It causes dry skin and cracks.

Buy yourself some cheap white socks, and a jar of Vicks Vapor Rub. Wash your feet with Dial or Safe Guard soap. Rinse well and dry with paper towels. Do not use terry cloth towels.

Use a plastic spoon to scoop out a small amount of the Vicks. Gently apply it the bottom of your feet and don't forget the heels.

Put on the cotton socks and go to bed. You'll see a big difference in about two weeks. Try to do a Vicks treatment 3 times a week.

Vicks contains camphor, menthol, eucalyptus. All natural ingredients for fighting fungus and bacteria. It will also help your dry skin.

Home remedies are fine, but who's got time to soak your feet in olive oil ect.

Go to the store and buy 'Cetaphil'. I personally guarantee yo that after just 2 days of application, you will literally shit your pants when you see AND feel the results.

Sorry, Cetaphil is a LOTION, so just look in the lotion dept.

I use it, put on socks as you would not want to walk across the floor or rug with it on your feet. The stuff works wonders. And, lest you think otherwise, I do not sell it. I'm just a very satisfied user of the stuff.
