Hail, flooding, straight-line winds, mesocyclonic winds outflow of Tornadic MCS storms) lightning, all of which can and do kill people.

This was April 27th last year when the same relative values were met.

I hope i will be safe here in Carrollton Tx. I have my phone but no tv. Cable doesnt get turned on fill next saturday.

I have been watching this system brew for a couple of days now and it’s not pretty!

This storm is a loaded gun full of super cells, tornado's, and hail with the potential to destroy lots of property and lives.

If you ANYWHERE in the Central USA….you need to be taking precautions NOW!!!

It looks like Missouri is in the bulls eye tonight

Saturday - Nebraska, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas

Sunday - Iowa and Minnesota

This is a big bad dangerous storm. They are saying baseball size hail and 70 mph winds even if you don’t get hit with a twister.

Please warn your family and friends so that they have time to make preparations. You may lose power, water, communications, and hopefully not your life.

I have been reading on the Met boards that this storm may be one of the worst tornado outbreaks in US history. I pray they are wrong!

Pay attention to your local weather service this weekend, be safe everyone and get the word out NOW!!!

No worries...I've got my eye on Texas neighbor. I'll be posting here if the sirens go off. If it gets bad radio programing will go to all weather just like when that storm came through a week or so ago.

I agree..Remember, mother nature does not read weather reports or maps. We all need to keep our eyes open.

As a previous poster stated, Keep any eye on the animals. They know whats coming.

Some of my observations over the years are.. When the birds start flying real low, something is brewing in the atmosphere. When they disappear its time to take cover.

Watch your dogs, cats and livestock. They can sense the weather better than most people.

Also weather sensitive people start complaining about headaches, ears ringing and body aches as well as an unsettled feeling in their guts.

Thanks only problem is i work second shift. Not cool to wake up to sirens instead of my alarm which is what happened last time
