Anonymous Coward User ID: 14933854 American Samoa 04/23/2012 08:15 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I agree with OP. Buyers of foreclosed homes are bottom feeder scum who lack any sense of personal responsibility. Conscience is a bitch, and it will come back to bite them big time. I know of families forced into foreclosure for missing a single payment. Once the bank decides you are delinquent, they won't accept your payments w/o additional funds to cover dubious fees, which quickly spirals into loss of title. Buyers of foreclosed homes are lower than common thieves IMHO. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 3826743 United States 04/23/2012 08:15 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Newsflash for those who are buying foreclosed homes - YOU DO NOT HAVE CLEAR TITLE. Check it out - the land record system has been DESTROYED. Wonder why your title insurance policy EXCLUDES this from their policies on foreclosed homes? What did you buy? And you put down OP? WAKE UP PEOPLE!! The banks got paid off at least 3 times and then took the house too even though they didn't have the right or authority to take the house. The land records are destroyed - only a matter of time before this implodes too. For anyone who has bought a house in the last dozen or so years I really recommend that you go to county recorders and pull the records from the previous owner - I'll bet YOU don't have clear title either! I am currently in this situation - in four - yes FOUR - transactions on my house - BEFORE I BOUGHT IT - have forged paperwork in the county records - all four reconveyances are fraudulent paperwork and signatures. Guess what - title insurance company avoiding it like crazy - so WTH do they insure when you buy a house? I really want to know! I'll post more on it as it plays out - my house was never foreclosed on and IT HAS THE SAME PROBLEMS!!! The banks have been screwing us FOR YEARS! |

The title of this thread should be: Friends don't let friends do business with banks that foreclose on homes(~). We get the powers over us that we've earned collectively. Humanity, as a whole, is self-interested, shallow, ignorant, violent and immoral; small wonder, therefore, that our leaders (secret or otherwise) reflect that. You want better leaders, become better people. I forgive myself, I Love myself, I'm sorry, Please forgive me, I forgive you, I love you, Thank you. God Bless You; I Bless You; Bless Yourself(~). Anonymous Coward User ID: 14933854 American Samoa 04/23/2012 08:43 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The issue of clear title is very real. This has not become mainstream news yet because sufficient numbers of the financially destroyed families have not been able to afford the legal representation required to properly challenge chain of title issues. There are a few years left still before SOL, so buyers of foreclosed properties should be very concerned. Personally, I hope that the bottom feeders will be painfully reprimanded. |

No, I have never owned nor ever wanted to own a home. I move around too much and unless you can build up some equity you are better off renting. B. I don't hate anyone. I just think it is proper universal justice to be visited upon by precisely what you do unto others. Hmm...where have I heard that before? ...and NO I am not a christian or any other organized religion. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 14408911 United States 04/23/2012 08:46 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I would like to propose to all of my fine feathered fellow Americans that NOBODY should buy or even look at a FORECLOSED HOME. Quoting: We1are1all1one 14936818 One of the current tactics of the Banksters / Financial Gangsters is to foreclose on a home the minute somebody misses a single payment, regardless of the fact that it may be the first payment they've missed in 10 years. That's scary, especially since it would be so easy for the bank to take the check you sent them and pretend they never got it, if it's that profitable for them to foreclose. I don't quite understand why it is profitable for them to do that however, with property values so much lower these days. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 14933854 American Samoa 04/23/2012 08:57 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I think that the scumbags buying up foreclosed homes are just a bit too savvy to comment on this thread, lest it remain popular. Therefore there is no debate here, just like the same debate is suppressed everywhere else in the USA. You who attempt to profit on the misfortune of others will ultimately find yourselves repentant for your greed. |

Whether OP likes it or nor, it's not all the banks fault. There is plenty of blame to go around. The only ones getting fucked here are the few left paying taxes that actually made sound financial decisions. Why shouldn't we get some kind of benefit for it? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 5100558 United States 04/23/2012 09:15 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Really??? Don't buy foreclosures to teach the bank a lesson. If they make $30,000 a year and bought a $200,000 house it is the banks fault? How about my douche bag friend who hid the $80,000 he had so the mortgage company he stiffed did not come after him and walked away from a property he signed his name and promised to pay. Oh wait, it did not go into foreclosure, he used a short sale. That $80,000 is probably what the bank lost. |
