Again these are generalisations but all in all i think most would agree.  My thoughts are that the majority of people are not corrupt, and if they had the chance or opportunity, they would help someone in need. I think it is a minority of people that are corrupt or 'bad'. Otherwise, every community in the world would be chaos. People would be killing for the fuck of it, raping, stealing from each other non-stop, etc. I guess I look at it differently.
