Quoting: Anonymous Coward 212949 That's fucked. That another issue personal to Sam. Its the fact that persons sworn to protect and uphold the law, paid by my taxes violated the law and assaulted a kind hearted old man That is more fucked Not that I disagree with you what kind of bitch lets that happen? I always he how Sam is riding his bike to the store for his wife for this or that. Anonymous Coward User ID: 1736466 05/26/2012 08:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I don't trust stories like these. Sam could have been combative. I was arrested once, as they went to search me I jerked away. In 5 seconds flat they had me on the ground. Unharmed. There are cameras all over a jail. And people watch those cams. If Sam spat at the police even, that is battery. So. Sorry for Sam. But I don't think the story went assaid for many reasons. |

Sam is absolutely not they type of person to do any of that. He has told me stories about what police have done to him before (He rides his bike to work, got pulled over three times in a week for random reasons each time (Thought his bike was stolen, thought he didnt have requires lights when he did, etc), and everytime he explain what he did and its always way too passive. He always obeys what they ask, doesnt fight back. Another example was when they asked to search his back pack when he got pulled over on the bike for "no lights". He allowed them and the cop proceded with w/e. The cop then asked to search it AGAIN, and he still allowed him. I'm a pacifist and even I think he needs to be more assertive when dealing with police. |

Now, if Sam was still at the crime scene i may buy it. Also, just so sam knows. In America the teens would have had to be evicted with notice. Since they had lived there so long. Even if they are kin. |

Fuck his wife and his mooch kids. Anything he wins against the police will eventually go to the kids so until he is divorced and the kids out of his life he should get nothing. |

Phunky Phish (OP) User ID: 1706966 United States 05/26/2012 09:49 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sam needs to immediately open a new bank account and start putting his paycheck into that. If he has a savings account, he needs to empty it out, if his wife hasn't already done so. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 617844 Like I said this isn't as much about his domestic issue. Since they had lived there so long. Even if they are kin. The people he wanted to leave/start paying for food are not teens. They may be his kid and kid in law, but they are full grown adults, each well over 30. |
Phunky Phish (OP) User ID: 1706966 United States 05/26/2012 09:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sam sounds like the combination of a few different GLP threads roaming lately. I doubt the validity of this story. If OP really cared he would have linked to a police blotter, local police station, somewhere where we could try and force help for Sam. Quoting: CharlieMurphy No doubt Sam sounds like a good guy, and the addition of his race makes me think OP is baiting us. After I look into Sam's options as well as my options to help him, I will make a new post with updates. As I said I'm not the object of this thread IS NOT a call to arms, but simply me asking "What can I do to help him?" |
