Yay for plasma. On a side note plasma in our atmosphere could be acting as a Plasma Antenna and creating those alleged sounds people are hearing all over the world.

Create a continuous circle of plasma tubes driven as high as possible. A cylinder of tubes about 2 meters high, that should provide a safe area.

A satellite cannot read a persons thoughts. That's a fact. A translation matrix has to be established between a mind-reading technology and ANY subject it is to be used on. This is an arduous process that requires a lot of testing and feedback from the subject, in order to establish where his brain is storing the information for each color, shade, light/dark levels, and even then with a full MRI scan being involved the results tend to be rather abstract.

You need to think of it in terms of computer protocol. The only reason YOUR computer has a clue what the Internet is saying to it, is because all of these computers are using an identical protocol, TCP/IP. If you want to understand the challenge involved in communicating in absence of protocol, try getting a computer to connect to the Internet without TCP/IP installed. It's not going to happen, because your computer needs a set of instructions on how to interpret the data being received.

This is False. A Tinfoil hat will actually increases the receptivity of signals. Ever heard of wrapping foil on a router's antenna's to get a better signal?

I'm shocked.......I've had ringing in my ears for the past few years. Immediately I noticed it drop to at least half the level that it was.
