What changed? Did you feel that a little while ago?

Lunar eclipse just happened while we were waking up in the early AM

oh trust me, when I was in high school and college, I always struggled being what I like to say "big bones"...haha well turns out my bones must not have been that big...lol at least they dont look like it anymore. I think many of us are feeling the need to clean our systems and only eat the higher vibration foods! lol I only really talk about it on here because you can really piss some people off that are trying hard to lose weight if you tell them you feel fantastic going without eating, and that eating actually makes you feel nauseous at times!

I'm really lovin fruits right now...and I just bought a snowcone machine for my son...well now I eat snow cones all the time. I use fruit juice or whatever I have sometimes I use the syrup but I go lite on it. It fills me up...and hey it's mostly water!! Win win for me

yep yep! I've noticed that I want most of my calories to be in liquid form...easier to digest, less dense than the foods I used to eat :) Makes you feel lighter! h

aha about to vibrate outta the room today the energies are ramping up :)

these are intense but it seems to be a good intensity for me...I think they definitely have an effect on everyone differently!

Had to post this...today woke feeling fine...just about an hour ago this intense energy hit me. I worked through it doing what I had to do...but as I sit down or try to relax. It's getting even stronger. I feel like I am in a waking dream. It's that's friggin bizarre. My body feels drained...but I should not feel that way. I got enough sleep and I ate lol. I just want to know if others are feeling the intense energy? It's like something has just changed...

You know I've thought about what a persons relation and role to the proceeding ascension might affect them. Or if you had a really good idea that you planted in the heart of some beings, a vibration of a thought. What if it was just the beginning of a thought that would one day by known by every man, woman and child. What if a few hearts just came pregnant with that idea and depending your relation to that idea, depending its affect upon you. Althought I must admity I'm a total Megalomaniac and I just posted this thread about an hour ago, so I can't argue with my logic :P
