Sandi_T, I'd really appreciate a reading when and if you have the time. TIA. :-)

You always thought you'd die to a stormy sea, hoped you'd die to old age, but never imagined it would be a perfectly calm day like to today. The old 'rigger is set up but the sails are still and she's utterly becalmed.

The sunlight glitters in a line on the water and the ship fish (dolphins) are visible just below the crystal waterline. The old ship rocks slightly, but for the sea, that's as calm as the old girl ever gets.

You'll be walking the plank today. You won't get to go down with your ship, it's been taken.

Underneath the beauty of the sky and the pristine waters, there is the stench of gunpowder and the sharp metallic tang of the blood of your crew. Off from your ship stands another, a Cutter. You've been caught and you're going down. High seas justice for you.

You step out and it looks so far down to the water. A grizzled old soldier steps up and gives your leg the customary cut. The wound, minor as it is, seeps blood down your leg. The sharks will smell it, so you'll go quickly once they get there.

You had decided to be brave, but you're terrified. Every sailor loves the sea, you say, but she's a terrible mistress. And now you must go into her black widow embrace; the other face of the sea. The siren is gone and the dark lover is left.

They don't push you. They wait expectantly, as if giving you the last of your dignity as a ship's captain. Your eyes meet the captain of the Cutter and you feel deep empathy coming from him. You're a criminal, and you both know it. But you're also both sailors and you have a love that you share.

Now that which you love the most will end it all. You take a deep breath and turn to look out over the still water. She's beautiful today. Terrifying in her magnificence.

Across the plank you go until you look down at the ship fish.

You never made it. The other captain shot you in the back of the head. His gift to you, that you would not die at the hands of the sea you had loved for so long.

Sounds like you have a pretty nasty demon.
 Quoting: SevenThunders

Right, because of course it couldn't have been depression, it has to be a 'demon'. And of course, god didn't give anyone spiritual gifts. You are entitled to your opinion as well, but rest assured that I KNOW I have no 'demon' and I KNOW that my gifts are God-given.

I awoke this morning thinking about the slave on a ship that loved his master and they were reincarnated as mother and son. Your gift has captured my imagination.

May I have a reading when you get a chance? (If you're not getting overwhelmed)

Thank you!

Sandi_T, you have a most amazing gift as well as have passed on valuable wisdom. I've truly enjoyed the readings you've given in this thread. flower

I'd welcome any information you can see about my past, thank-you.
 Quoting: CrazyMiranda

You're stuck on the night shift again. You are tired of getting all the shit assignments because you stood up to the trail boss, but it is what it is. The cattle are restless and the dogs are tired, so it's a difficult night.

The wind shifts and the cattle become downright restive, the dogs beginning to growl. You consider waking someone else to help, but instead you go to see if you can discover the problem.

Unfortunately, you find what you're looking for. You pull your gun to shoot the wildcat, but it jumps before get the safety strap off of it. Spooked, your gelding unseats you as he lurches in the other direction. You are dragged for a minute by the stirrup, your head slamming with great force against a rock and the gelding steps on you, bucking and striking your head. Your boot comes loose but it is too late.

As your life seeps away, you blame your boss. He always hated you and now you are dead because of his unjust attitude. You swear revenge and die with your heart filled with hatred towards him.

* * * *

You and your old boss are together again. He is now your wife and you are the one in control. You were raised to believe that your wife is your property. A wealthy landowner, you enjoy several mistresses in neighboring towns and treat your wife poorly, unaware that this is your retribution for a past offense.

But age catches up to you, and she is young while you are old. In your old age, you are very infirm. You become worse and worse as time goes by, but she patiently cares for you.

On the day that you lay dying, she asks you, thinking she spoke of this lifetime, "How long must I pay for the sins of the past?"

You answer 'forever'. But then you realize that death is coming for you, and you realize that you love her. Whatever her 'sins', she has always been true to you, and you have mistreated her. You are unable to take back your cold promise 'forever'.

* * * *

Through several lifetimes you have sought to undo that 'forever' and now you have the opportunity. Forgive the person you least wish to forgive. The 'sin' you hold against your old boss has been paid for, many times over.

Hello Everyone!

I and my friends saw a ufo shaped like a golden ying yang made of light. Changed my life forever, woke up to the real state of the world soon after, and gained the ability to go out of body soon after that through meditative trance. I never meditated or took that side of life too seriously before that, but I've astral travelled and lucid dreamed since, and met other consciousnesses i think of as part of my whole self. Plenty of other strange psychic experiences and synchronicities since the ufo too.

Also,

Sandi, could i bother you for a reading, please?
 Quoting: Mantis 17806348

You are very spiritually advanced. This is why that event triggered your Awakening. The reason you were not born Awakened is because you were a Mystic in South America last time. You died during a Dreamwalk [of natural causes brought about by old age, not as a result of the Dreamwalking]. Because you died during that, you feared your gifts this time.

However; you have had many lives of success and few of persecution, so it was not difficult to let go of the fear.

It is, on the other hand, difficult to find that place where your gifts are accepted. You brought yourself into this life in a position well suited to 'normalcy' and 'no woo-woo'. A bad position to be in when you have such gifts.

Everything happens for a reason. Can you figure out why you would choose to appear in the lives of the 'normal' instead of the seekers this time?

I can't answer that, but the answer is obvious if you are not afraid of it.

Re: What is the absolute strangest thing that you have ever seen that no one else could POSSIBLY beleive?
In the spring of 1964 I was playing soft ball with a group of teenaged middle school girls in southern California.
When I hit the ball the motion made my head look straight up and I saw an actually flying saucer way up in the sky!
(the flying saucer was so high up that had I not looked up with the swing of the bat none of us would have noticed it)

As I rounded the bases I told the other girls TO LOOK!
We all stopped playing and all of us watched the flying saucer up in the sky. There was a slight humming sound coming from it and it moved very slowly. We all got the creeps
watching it for some reason.

And of course with all of us as witnesses No one believed us!
The next day one of the girls told me that the news reported
that people had seen s flying saucer.

The experience was amazing! I never saw another one since 1969.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 18557408

with that kind of distraction, you sholda made it to home base! very interesting!
 Quoting: theundead

I think I did make it to home base! The other girls were looking up!
The post had a typo. I meant to say I never saw another flying saucer since 1964.
I'll tell you this---it was exciting. And it was a real
flying saucer.

 Quoting: theundead

Ready for more?

China's 10th dynasty. War has begun, a vast political schizm that rips your wife and children from your arms while you are off to war. Their father, part of a now-rival faction, came and took them.

But they are his hostages, he did not take them as family, but as leverage.

His messenger stands bowing before you, offering you a silk-lined golden box. You accept it with a slight bow and sit down at your table. Opening it, you find your youngest son's head lying decapitated on the liner.

Broken by the sight, you have the messenger killed, even knowing it means nothing to your wife's father.

Gathering your soldiers, since you are a general, you set off to war. You had heeded the counsel of others who said to wait, that he would not destroy his leverage against you...

You have them killed as well, enraged that listening to them has cost your child such a death.

Your Master meets you as you leave the compound. He commands you not to go, and you betray him for the right of vengeance. You kill him and take his entire army with you.

You slaughter your father-in-law's villages, taking his people as booty or killing those who resist. When you arrive at his palace, he surrenders to you, and you command him to take his own life. When he weeps and cries like a child and will not take his own life, you consign him to a horrible torture [which I will not relate here as it doesn't matter ultimately anyway].

But he has shamed your wife and you are forced to take her life, and she begs you to do so anyway. Your daughter, your other child, has been ill-treated and you must kill her to end her suffering, as well.

By the view of your people, all of your shame is gone. So why do you still feel it so deeply even until the day you die, bitter and lonely in your old age [despite having had another wife and more children that you never bothered to get to know, afraid your shame would rub off onto them]....

Re: What is the absolute strangest thing that you have ever seen that no one else could POSSIBLY beleive?
Ah, all those questions in such a tiny little post. :p

No, I am not in business, nor is it a hobby. I do it only very rarely. My reasons for that are both past life and current life issues. I was exorcised repeatedly as a child (in this life) for these abilities. I was also strangled to death and resuscitated as punishment if I was inaccurate prior to that. Much severe trauma around it.

I do not generally talk about the 'deep past' past lives. People... don't usually take it well. They want lives that fit into a certain paradigm.

I have not noticed a preponderance of female to male incarnation experiences. I have noticed that mostly it is women curious about it, however. Men tend to have little interest unless it occurs to them that something might be screwing with them in this lifetime.
 Quoting: Sandi_T

I grew up in a catholic family, and any talk of this kind of stuff was highly...well looked down on. When I grew older I separated myself because of all the restricted ways of thinking. I am deeply sorry to hear about what happened to you. Any time I had weird experiences I learned not to tell anyone in fear of being ridiculed. I am past all that now.
 Quoting: theundead

I'm still not quite past it. Very uncomfortable. But I guess we all have to slog through it when the fear is strongest?

Re: What is the absolute strangest thing that you have ever seen that no one else could POSSIBLY beleive?
Lemme see..

I've seen 1 UFO flying like bat shit, faster far beyond anything I've ever seen and I used to live in Air Force PMQs so I've seen almost everything with wings..

My toys came alive in my room one night and started driving / walking around by themselves, I must have been 9 or so. In the same house I saw a ghost at my window <- this I write off to a childs imagination..

But what I cannot write off is this: Christmas 1992 my drunken stepdad was having a "discussion" with my mother (he's great since he quit drinkin btw.) Well, it was more like a rant of his, about how my mom was retarded to study with those Jehovahs Witnesses and how there is no such thing as Jehovah and it was all the most mindless butload of crap he'd ever heard of (Whereas, he never had listened). In any case, at the time I was 12, and agreed. My mom didn't do christmas no more - what gives eh?

Well, as the "discussion" came to a climax, my mother with her head low and just pleading for some form of understanding and basically just begging for him to stop taunting and harassing her, my stepdad took out a canadian 25ct piece and made up a easy "once and for all" - heads; Jehovah, tails no Jehovah.

Guess what side it landed on.

The very instant that coin hit the ground the house, the whole region shook with a 4.5 earthquake - in a region where earthquakes "never" happen. It threw everything out of the cupboards and my stepdad had an utterly terrified look in his eyes. After about a minute it was all over, my stepdad sat down and poured himself another Jack Daniels Coke.. my mom didn't say a word and brought me and my sister to bed.

My family never talked about the incident again. Years later, after my stepdad and my mom had separated I spoke to him if he remembered what happened at christmas 1994. He said he never, ever forgot and remembers that every second of his life. He came along way from the adamant athiest of the day, and believes in God now - he said "chances are, he probably calls himself Jehovah", just can't (like me) commit to any religion thingy. He also believes God took him through very rough times to give him a chance to recognize and respect the "Higher Power".. whatever exactly that may be..
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 14979137

Jehovah's Witnesses are hated because they study the original scriptures in modern English.
This totally shoots down all the fake and phony BS about the Bible.
And...they don't make money on their mission. They don't tithe (only the ancient jewish people the Levite Priesthood back then was allowed payment as they didn't make a living).
Little wonder they are hated for "educating" true teaching.

Also, thank you, I've thought a lot about what you said to me yesterday

I was sitting in my basement one day watching TV and I saw this ride line going from the floor to the ceiling moving across my room, when it got to the TV the TV went to static, as soon as it got past the TV the signal came back and the red line continued along the rest of my room. To this day I still dunno wtf happened and havnt really told anyone cause they would think I'm crazy. My fucking house was scanned by something.

When I was younger my brother and I saw a blue orb streak across the room that was pitch black and no windows (basement bedroom).

Mornin everyone.. I got one that still messes with me. My brother and i were at a sitters house in the front yard playing on a tire swing. Must have been 8 or 9 at the time.My bro.was on the swing and i guess i got tired of waiting my turn so i start climbing up the tree.I got real close to the top and decided to look down at my bro. to see if he`s finished on the swing and realized how high up i was and got scared. Then i heard the limb i was on start to crack.Last thing i remember was looking at the top of his head on that swing cause it was getting smaller not bigger..didn`t understand why i was falling UP! i asked him and mom about it during the teen years and no one remembers,no injuries from the fall, nothing. It was so vivid to me i can still tell you what color shirt he had on,so i know it happened.

Miss Sandi,as afraid as i am about knowing, could you read me? My world has been very strange to say the least.Knowing things i have no experiance with, things that are about to happen, surviving situations that should have killed me many times. Pleasehf?

Every once in a while, someone is born without some of the limiters that others are born with.

Imagine being the only sighted person on a planet of blind people. What would that be like? Or the only one who could hear at all?

And what would the purpose of such a person be? Why would a person who could see enter a world of the blind? Who could understand or appreciate this strange thing you could do? And how would you describe it?

I have a not-very-secret for you. You are part of the next step in "human evolution" so to speak. You will pass on your "dna" through what you teach others, though, not through whom you give physical birth to.

Teach, teacher. But as you do, remember that you are teaching the blind, and no matter what you do, there will be things they cannot see or understand. Stop expecting them to be able to.

You aren't normal. Get over it. Stop trying to stuff yourself into that box by expecting everyone else to be like you.

That's like the cow expecting the stallion to give milk, because if she can, everyone can. Not true. Not only is he the wrong type, he's even the wrong species.

You are not like everyone else. It's time that you accept that and stop trying to make everyone else be as much like you as possible so that you can fit in.

Sandi, why don't you make your own thread instead of hijacking this one?

Re: What is the absolute strangest thing that you have ever seen that no one else could POSSIBLY beleive?
Sandi,

I just want to extend my thanks for the wisdom you are bestowing on this thread. I am someone who has recently "awakened" to the scary realities of this existence. The vast amounts of suffering in the world is incredibly saddening, and it scares me to think that for so long the terrors of the world were either unknown to me or, even worse, I chose to ignore them. In any event, I would love a reading if you had the time, but if not, thank you again for your energy and love.

My goodness, Sandi! Aren't all these readings making you exhausted? I have to admit, I'm a bit skeptical, but curious nontheless. It seems if what you are doing is authentic, this would be mighty draining.

I'd like to see what you say of my path, unless I'm the 100th one you have done today! Nap?

Hey Sandi, I know you said earlier that you didn't want to do a thread because its overwhelming and that you usually dont do readings, I dont want people to get the wrong impression about this thread so what if you finish all the readings up to this post and then no more? Like you said it can be overwhelming, I noticed that your really busy and that some people are getting upset. I think that your readings up to this point have been amazing and up to this point validates your story from earlier in this post. I personally dont have a problem with your readings but I think some members dont like it. That way your not always on here doing readings to. What do you think? BTW thank you very much for this reading!hf
You can grow ideas, in the garden of your MIND.
