No wonder you didn't find me. I live in a paid for 5 bedroom 4 an 1/2 bath home with private beach access on the Pacific. Nearest ghetto is a long drive from here.

Wrong. If you act "with respect," and answer questions, you are considerably more likely to be found non-compliant with one of the bazillion of laws in the US. It's best not to answer questions, continue to ask if you're being detained and demand a supervisor if so.

You can always demand a supervisor, a badge number, whether or not you're being detained, whether something is a "lawful order," and you can refuse search and seizure. 9 times out of 10, when you demand these things, a cop will feign tough then let you go.
