She was in for surgery within 6 months because they believe EVERYONE has the basic RIGHT to HEALTH and HAPPINESS. Anyone who has health care with an employer just lost it today. Your employer will pay the fine and you will be dumped into the health care pool. Your salary will go up little to none, but your taxes will go up big time to pay for all the deadbeats. The hard working poeple just lost big time!

This could be a "Trojan" Horse for Obama ("pun" intended!). The news is curious that Justice Roberts seemed to go "liberal" on this decision. But, I am wondering if Justice Roberts just showed the American people how you CAN make lemonade from lemons. The SCOTUS could NOT shoot down OBO-Care. This would cause nation-wide rioting. Instead they hand the Feds a poison pill, a Trojan Horse. "Sure, here is a gift, the bill passes. Oh, but one little detail. It's not a bill, its not a law, its not a mandate, its a Tax!" Yep, it is what it is, a Tax. This is the start of the election home stretch, now OBO has to explain (or debate) with Mitt why he just handed "We The People" AKA "The 99%" a HUGE federal tax in time of a recession!
