Funny, yesterday at my bed I was able to make my pineal gland vibrate (:

This has happened to me as well. Then I had a swirling sensation on my crown chakra. Never happened again... what does it mean?

That is good advice, because I sometimes think I'm being too pushy with myself. Answers will come when ready :)

When it happens, it will feel very powerful, some say scary . But do not be afraid, don't hold yourself back , let your energy rise up and out of the body that's laying on your bed. You will feel like millions of orgasms happening all at once and you can do anything in this phase that you entered.

Everytime I touch my penile gland, I feel some good vibrations too.

When you let go you can achieve this, for me the feeling of 1000% bliss and being able to see in the dark due to a light baby blue hue over every surface's edge, it was amazing.

Question....what is going on when you are lying quietly and suddenly it feels as if you are being pulled out of your body?

An OBE = outer body experience

I usually come alive in the evenings with visions and experiences. My cosmic and astral are very detailed at night.

I know what that is...OBE...but I thought you had to be asleep or want it to happen...not that it just happens....why is this happening?

While awake hmmm don’t know, it has happened to me while driving it feels like I blink and then I’m at my destination...but duno what happen to the time before I zoned out. Another thread talked about this too.

During a lucid dream I was increasing my focus on an object. I (in the dream) opened my eyes as wide as I could. The object gained so much clarity and depth! (which is probably normal for a lucid dream). Then it felt like my head was cracking from my forehead to the crown (top). It wasn't painful of course, but I recalled something about this that talked about the pineal gland.... But I made it stop.

Just curious (if anyone knows). Could something have happened if I had let it go any further?

I know it scared the hell out of me...I honestly thought I was dying!...it keeps happening though...almost everyday/night...I'm afraid to just let it happen...this is a very frightening thing

Try grounding yourself outside and when a thought of fear enters your mind while meditating take that as a clue that you’re doing the right thing, it's like running away from yourself/shadow.
