Your angry because our whole country shook, I checked the NZ EQ site it said 7.0 so I posted that, now I accused of falsly reporting.....???? Not to metion your wonderful accurate USGS has the depth and location incorrect. Anonymous Coward User ID: 2029946 New Zealand 07/04/2012 12:43 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | nothing to be worried about with the alpine goes on every 300 + years i think. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 11292242 Last time was 370+ years ago :) The alpine? What's that? Also, there's no reports of injuries, right? I have a friend over there I haven't seen post here and I haven't been able to contact yet. I was in the San Francisco 7 pointer and it is indeed a wild ride when they're that big. I do hope you all stay safe and well... I was directly on top of it, nearly all of our houses here are timber construction which sways with the force, although we also have brick homes, so some may have cracks in them, i seriously doubt anyone would have been hurt, the fire brigade never sounded their siren so that has to be a positive. how were you directly on top of it? you in a house boat or something? |

Mehrere Tausend Menschen sterben zusammengenommen allein im Nildelta und in Alexandria. Auf Kreta werden nahezu alle Städte beschädigt oder zerstört. Quoting: MatrixLNIN11 another DIRECT HIT for this MAJOR quake hitting DEAD- ON the Ley Lines of 188. Making this quake #17 out of 18 quakes to hit the Ley Lines of 188. ======================================= [link to earthquake.usgs.gov] 6.2 2012/07/03 10:36:16 -39.963 173.705 236.1 OFF WEST COAST OF THE NORTH ISLAND, N.Z. ======================================= Funny though... USGS has no mention of this 7.0... So whats the FINAL? TWO QUAKES or 1? [link to quakes.globalincidentmap.com] 7.0 Tuesday July 3 2012, 10:36:00 UTC 42 minutes ago 60 km south of Opunake 230.0 NZ GeoNet Quake Window and LOCATION warnings still in effect over the next few days. [link to www.youtube.com] Your LEY Line does not take into account the Cascadia Range off the Oregon/Washington coasts. Instead, it intersects with the Cali/San Andreas area. AH, but they DO... You are only partially CORRECT .... It DOESN'T ON the 2D MAP. Which is why I created VIDEO 3 that answers that question. so only those who haven't seen the videos, say the Ley Lines don't take into account the Cascadia. ;/ which THEY DO ;) It does, however, run right over the Azores-Gibraltar Rift Zone off the coast of Portugal and the Strait of Gibraltar. This is where the 1755 Lisbon Mega Thrust event took place that completely destroyed Lisbon Portugal; and historical geology records show that a Mega Thrust event in the range of an 8 - 9 on the scale takes place there roughly every 200 - 300 years. Quoting: Nyarlathotep75 EXACTLY... nice to see someone pointing out what I've explained in the videos. the ley lines of 188 go right thru the LOCATION of the LISBON QUAKE Coincidence? Not. As for Cascadia. Quoting: Nyarlathotep75 I predict it could rupture at any time now. I believe the 2011 Japan quake, which put pressure on the Pacific Plate; is now putting pressure down onto Juan de Fuca at Cascadia. Hence why Washington State is now starting to feel some small temors. It is one of those two locations, Azores-Gibraltar or Cascadia, where the next major Mega Thrust event will take place; and either location will result in 10's of thousands, of not hundreds of thousands, dead. San Andreas possible next 'big one'? Bah. Thats nothing compared to Cascadia... Correct again... and the Ley Lines go right through it or iow, should that quake hit, I predict the Ley Lines of 188 will appear connected to it. Too bad most don't see/realize the significance and implications yet about that, the LISBON quake and what i've been showing, which are MICROCOSM's of something FAR BIGGER and more important. another hint Thread: The Ley-Line Quake Matrix of 188 gets put to the TEST for Skeptics Last Edited by MatrixLNIN11 on 07/04/2012 04:21 PM |
Dease User ID: 1505901 United States 07/04/2012 04:28 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | That was freaky. Went on for what seemed like ages. Im still shaky. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19022898 I'm glad you're OK. How long did it last? I live in the south-eastern US (Alabama), and we don't really have EQs down here. How long does the average one last? are you kidding me? alabama just had a swarm. [link to anf.ucsd.edu] there were several in a row last week, have scrolled off now but you can see several more recent ones. I was aware that there were some in the Birmingham area. I am in Dothan, which is in the south-eastern corner though. I was too far South to feel anything. All in all, that "swarm" is the first I've ever heard of us getting them. It just never happens. How long does the actual shaking usually last...5 or 10 mins? Last Edited by Dease on 07/04/2012 04:28 PM "Be strong and courageous. MatrixLNIN11 User ID: 16524256 United States 07/04/2012 04:52 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The LEY Line also did not take into account the recent HAITI subduction zone mega thrust Quake. Though there was no tsunami with that one, it was still a pretty devastating quake along a massive subduction zone. Quoting: Nyarlathotep75 If you're counting the 7.0+'s in New Zealand, then you have to count Haiti. AND HAITI does connect the HAITI Quake DID hit on/around the Ley Lines So not sure what you're talking about. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 18500596 New Zealand 07/04/2012 08:15 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Clearly the software that calculates the depths from surface wave data made an assumption that doesn't apply in this case. Two that come to mind are; (1) non-homogenous media causes lensing to make waves appear they come from a greater depth than they really do; (2) more than one energy release coordinated in phase to create a surface wave that hides the true location; Both are unlikely to occur, though the second one has been cited in USAF documents on earthquake and tsunami weapons studies in the 1990s. |
