On June 25th, three days before the Supreme Court decision was to be announced concerning his healthcare bill, he signed an Executive Order, putting the nation into a state of National Emergency. This was a threat to the Supreme Court judge, that if he didn't rule in favor of Obama's healthcare bill, then Obama would declare martial law. If that happened, the Constitution would have been disolved and you wouldn't have any rights--and Obama would be your dictator.

Luckily for us, the judge did as Obama wanted him to do. He rulled in favor of the healthcare bill. Nonetheless, we are still in a National Emergency.
