I don't know the haarp scale - it was a 6 and now a 7, so it has risen by 1. Is that a big deal? What is a normal reading?

There are hardly any sounds, like something absorbs them...also 3-4 very long lines of PERFECTLY straight and parallel clouds at sunset. (I had no camera with me, sorry)
It was very hot today, but suddenly cooled down around 6pm

3 days after seeing "HAARP clouds" in SoCal, now the weather has taken a drastic change. The last 3 days, skies were clear and it was very sunny. Today it's very cloudy, sprinkling, but still very hot; 75-80 degrees.
