I live in downtown Dallas, in an area which is practically industrial, and I counted about 10 of them on the walls

Does anyone have a recipe for deep frying grass hoppers?

Giant black emeffers destroyed my garden--GA flatlands--they are freaking everywhere. These bitches could take you off of a bike at speed, easily 4-5 inches long. They don't seem to like Marigolds, but they have wasted everything else.

As long as the grasshoppers don't change to yellow colored everything is fine.

They go plague wild when they turn yellow and can fly like a bee swarm and they eat everything, even the clothes off your body.

You see them turning yellow, that's when shtf with hoppers.

Yes! We've got them like crazy in Minnesota, near the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul). I was wondering the same thing. Is this an ominous sign of things to come?
