Borat Sagdiyev (OP) User ID: 20554203 United States 07/31/2012 12:15 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | U.S. District Judge Marcia Cooke ruled earlier this month in the case known Quoting: Borat Sagdiyev as "Docs vs. Glocks." Cooke agreed with physicians who contended the law violates free speech rights. in support of her ruling, U.S. District Judge Marcia Cook stated: the doctor works for the patient, not the government. . First of all, her last name is spelled "Cooke", not "Cook", foole. And her disagreement with the law is she believes it is too "vague" and it violates the First Amendment rights of doctors in its current form, noting the Florida legislation's privacy provisions of the law "fail to provide any standards for practitioners to follow." The suit stems from a couple who says they refused to answer such an asinine question of their doctor, and their doctor refused to see them again. The doctor deserves to lose his license over that! . |

Mexico has very strict gun laws for civilians yet their murder rate is insanely high. Perhaps it has something to do with the war on drugs, illegal immigration and drug cartels and gangs than it does with civilian ownership of guns. |

Quoting: Borat Sagdiyev It's state law that initiated this, so IMO, it's not really a First Amendment issue. Besides, the doctor "works for" the patient and is the patient's client, not the other way around. . So states can pass laws that violate the bill of rights AND the constitution? Sorry, but that is about the dumbest thing I have ever read, low even for this site. States have no more right to restrict freedom of speech than anybody else You can ignore the consequences of your actions, but you cannot ignore the RESULTS of the consequences of your actions Ayn Rand |

If a doctor asked me about "guns" I would reply,, oh no doc , I'm scared of guns, in fact I'm so scared I need some friggin Valium. Haaa get the Valium, trade it for silver, go out and buy a shit load of guns. Good plan? Blatant shill propaganda. Fuck England and the nanny state. |

Trust me, your doctors kill more people per year than guns. Now stop being so stupid. My guns have killed no one, so leave responsible gun owners alone. |
