I don't think Israel will attack Iran without the backing of the US government. If they did, Iran would simply close the Strait of Hormuz, effectively stopping just under half of the supply of oil from most Arabic states. This would cause the price of oil to rise exponentially and make the American economy collapse in on itself. I am aware that the UAE have made a small "b-line" here but it is a fraction of the amount of oil that passes through the Strait of Hormuz.

Unless OP is a high ranking official within the circle of Netanyahu's cronies, he hasn't a clue. Like all of us, we can make informed guesses and predictions but only Netanyahu and probably 3 or 4 others know the window timeframe. I guess it will be after new President is elected and probably early January or February. Unless other events overtake things like false flags or a preemptive strike by Syria Egypt or Iran on Israel.
