From what I have found, this is historical fact:

Gaius Julius Caesar had no offspring until he met Cleopatra. He had an adopted nephew who was known as Octavian, whom upon Caesars death assumed the title Augustus.

Cleopatra and Julius Caesars offspring still lives on today as Little Caesar. But, his actual name is Caesarion in Greek, which literally translates as Little Caesar.

See, what is interesting was that there is no records showing his death, which is odd especially in a Roman/Greek perspective.
