Yup, I know. There were strange high frequencies being picked up here yesterday that I didn't document and now I wish I would have. Hadn't ever seen them there. North Dakota.. weird. wonder why there?

its HAARP,,,if you watch everyday you'll normally see traces of rings or flashes from HAARP..alot of sites are trying to hide HAARP by removing the frames that show it because people have been posting it on YouTube..

you can see intense flashes sometimes here,,sometimes small quakes happen within 36 hours of the area targeted..

the last time i saw a super intense flash in Oklahoma and i told a guy at work "watch there will be an earthquake in next 36 hours",,4 hours later Ok. had a good size earthquake..

they could probably kill thousands in Cali if they wanted too
