We are connected to nature in ways you could never imagine.

Many people who are into vibrational/energy therapy are starting to feel 'off' these days...something just doesn't seem the same as it used to.

Take a moment and think about how things probably were even just 100-200 years ago...we didn't have the wireless radiation, EMF from cell phones, TV's, etc. like we do now that all carry frequencies that are unnatural for the human body...as our bodies are all electric. While there was still sickness in various forms, life was much likely less stressful and people had a much simpler way of living. [link to www.unhinderedliving.com]

When was the last time you got away from everything, took a second, and spent some time barefoot and connected to mother earth and her natural rhythms?

As these energies increase all around us from natural and unnatural frequencies, its very important to take the time and "ground" (literally) a lot of these detrimental energies that get stored in our body.


Our bodies are living and breathing beings that connect to a living an breathing Mother Earth, and right now she is angry...we connect to each other, we connect to animals, we connect to the cosmos.

What you do, what you say, what you eat, what you expose yourself to, all matter, and actual materialistic world-does not...it's a connection of the mind/body AND spirit of the earth and our amazing bodies that all work together in specific rhythms (whether good or bad) to create the reality around us, it always has and always will be...its up to us to make the change.
