soundcloud looks pretty comprehensive it gives all the various types of copyright options.

Im making it creative commmons license, and saying ppl can copy distribute and perform my work and derivitive workes based on it, but for noncommercial purposes only.

Anyone who makes music should check out this soundcloud.

Who needs producers and record lables. This thing allowes you to host it to the world with whatever rights you want on it.

It transcodes the wav to mp3 also.

It does seem to force you to at least have a creative commons liscience on your stuff tho.
