It's not as if he's the first prince to entertain prostitutes or (possibly) partake of illegal substances. But his ancestors tended to do it more discreetly - okay, Edward VII was fairly blatant about his mistress but that was a bit different.

Harry appears not to care where he does it or what the public might think. In one sense he has nothing to do unless his brother meets with an unfortunate accident.

Like his uncle Prince Andrew, whom Harry increasingly resembles, he will probably spend his life arranging arms deals for the Saudis and Central Asian despots. It's a good thing William has such a good public image because Harry is a thoroughly mediocre royal and will likely get into more trouble over the years.

Prostitution is illegal in Clark County, Nevada which is where Las Vegas and The Strip are located. If any American citizen did that and were caught, they'd be arrested.

But Harry can get away with it? Why?
