Me either...I was looking forward to the DNC but a few hours in I am dumbfounded. So dishonest and divisive in my opinion.

It's gotten so much worse over the years. This isn't said as a cliche', it's a fact that I didn't want to see or accept. I'm not a spring chicken but I am a constitutional scholar and historian. Unbelievable what's unfolding in front of us.

Really? Do you want an example because you are not watching? Here are a couple for you.

One speaker stating that Republicans want to deny equal rights for women earning the same income as a man. WHERE, WHEN has any republican or the platform stated that or actions reflect that deire? You WON'T find it...it's a lie.

Another speaker stated that Republicans want to deny minorities the right to equal opportunity to live the American Dream. WHERE, WHEN has any Republican stated that or acted in a way to allow this to happen? You WON'T find it...it's a lie.

I didn't watch, but this is probably purposely happening to get Americans to fall back to the corrupt Republican party. Invain however because TPTB already have Obama in the seat for four more years.

I'm not saying it was a soft feel good love each other event but it was about bringing people together and the very few attacks were factually based towards behavior or actions and rarely personal or distorted. No way you watched the RNC or any of the DNC today...the difference is obvious.

Repubs are far from being the party on which they are founded upon and there are still some that NEED TO GO. But we are quickly headed for socialism/Marxism and when that happens NOTHING good has EVER come from it. It's the cycle of great civilizations and we are not breaking the cycle...

Well, in my experiences, they treat me like shit for no reason just because I don't support them. They race bait you ALL THE TIME. They treat you like you're the dumbest in the world and cannot take care of yourself so they feel the need to come up with tons of rules for you to obey while they control everything in your life.

I am more Libertarian than anything else. But the fact is we can't get there from here. Unfortunately we have to play within the current landscape and move towards this area or risk going the opposite direction fast which losing ground.
