When the vibrations begin dont fight it. You have to embrace it and the vibrations and hums get faster to a point where its just a single hum and before you know it you're in the astral realm. Lots of lights and stuff, or sometimes you end up in really dark places. |

Also combos of nitrous & psychedelics usually does the trick. |

No drugs needed. It is common for Quakers to sense the inner light during silent meeting for worship.... But the sensation of leaving your body and being in or of the light usually only happens to children - something about the fact that they don't have a strong sense of self. There were Catholics who experienced the light as late as the 1700s, but the Catholic church determined the practice was too dangerous and declared it a heresy... Anyway, it feels like you are rushing towards a brick wall - then you break through the wall and it doesn't hurt. You don't feel anything, you simply are...connected maybe - outside yourself but part of something greater.... Drugs can cause the same sensation - which suggests its organic (based on brain chemistry) rather than some sort of actual spiritual experience... |

I have several books on Astral Projection but the one that has the easiest and most effective formula for doing it is The Practical Guide to Astral Projection by Denning and Phillips. If you look on amazon, you can get a used copy dirt cheap. And the reviews are pretty amusing, you can read about all the 'tards who couldn't do it and are pissed off so they gave it one star. I gave this book to a friend of mine who was able to do the technique and get out of his body, too. I've used their Formula One technique many times. It involves visualizing the chakras being lit up, one by one, by a light coming down from above. You spend a few minutes on each one, and then visualize some energy flows. It really works. What happens with me is that I'll do the exercise right before I go to bed. They have you doing it standing up, which I did in the beginning, but now I only do it lying down. Then I make the suggestion to myself that I will get out during my sleep. Then I go to sleep. What usually happens is that I'll be in the middle of a dream and realize I'm dreaming, that I'm "out" and then I start making myself fly or move around. That's about all you can do, because as soon as you start thinking too hard, you wake up. So I learned to just start flying and try not to think about anything. It gets easier each time. You shouldn't mess around in the astral worlds, though. It's one thing to do it to prove to yourself that it can be done, and the flying is fun. But astral entities aren't necessarily any smarter or any nicer than the odd person on the street. You could mess up your energy being around the wrong ones. It's complicated, just read up on it. Also, going through doors and walls is fun, you just go up to one and "wish" yourself through it. It feels like walking through a wall of water, really cool. Even if you don't fly, just keep moving and try not to think too hard about what to do or you'll wake up. At least get good at getting out before you start trying to think. Flying can also be tricky because if you get really high, you may be afraid you'll fall and if you think that hard enough, you will start to fall and that will wake you up as soon as you hit. Try to stay in your dreaming mind and not use your rational, conscious mind or it's almost impossible to stay asleep. Forgive your enemies, it messes with their heads. Thoughts create, mind them well. |

I just did it for the first time consciously this morning. I induced it using a walnut sized piece of magnetic hematite on my stomach. I fell into a dream state, then in the dream state I layed on the floor because I felt it happening. the tingle and buzz and fuzz. Then I went just out above my body. and I was looking at a wall and thinking where should I go, an thought of different people Who I could see if I could go see. Then I heard a voice which sounded almost robotic or metallic in an even tone. It seemed it was telling me to not leave my body until I have sufficient knowledge of this world. or something. I was trying to listen but something was making noise an distracting me. told me to get rest for 10 hours(I think) and not if I had 2 hours of rest. pretty strange... anyone else have anythign similar happen? |

There is no such thing as oob. It is impossible to oob for real. But it is possible to become possessed and shown things. This is what the Bible says on such matters. And only God knows this thing. The Bible is truth. Read the Bible. Man is a living soul. There is no part of you that is capable of oob. short videos [link to studies.itiswritten.com] |

Odd no responses the same other than fry your brain on drugs. It does not take drugs of any sort. I was once convinced it required thc, however have seen it actually does not, nor does it require a sleep or trance like state. |

Christianity is the true religion since earth's history confirms this, including Jesus, Israel. and much more. This confirmation of god as we read in the Bible - so that we may know him - tells us about the spirit world. Jesus is God and he says there are fallen angels. Even others outside of Christianity.. on the dark side, confirm there is fallen angelic possession. That is all oob is. Some Christians believe the 'soul' can leave the body at death thus giving birth to false doctrines of spiritualism including this oob. It does not happen. There is no oob 'soul'. At death the Bible says we all sleep until the second coming and resurrection into new immortal bodies, like Adam and Eve originally had. From then on for eternity on a new earth created after the fire. |

But that's where it started. Like a trance state. But It definitely was an out of body. and It is possible to achieve using assortment of crystals or even different plants and herbs, which you don't even need to consume; and without the use of drugs. But I prefer crystals and stones. |
