To All Those who are walking upon the Path of the Heart

i will use this place to tell some stories from the Soul.

I feel my ancestors who loved the Mother of the World, who gave them life.
They lived their lives in Peace and prayed with the sweat of their foreheads, working the land.
I feel them in me, as surely as there was one grand-grand-father who was so much alike with me. The same face, the same gifts. He is me and I am he.
And i feel their Hearts when the unworthy ones, the war mongers came and raped their women, killed their kids and pillaged the land.
And I see them gathering with heavy hearts and look each other in the eyes.
I see them fighting for what was Right, for their Beloved Mother. I see them going into battle without fear of death, because deep in their Hearts they knew that the bodies will die, but they Spirit shall survive. And be reborn sooner than a day.

And i feel me the same as them. Just a change of setting. A global world, a single Mother. And i see the children suffering evenmore, the Earth plundered.
The setting now is not one of swords and bodies. Is one of words and souls who stand for Truth and Peace and Justice.

The same Values, the same Mother and the same Fathers for which we died so many times.

But the cycle of suffering of the pure ones has come to an End. We shall be restored to our Glory. And the unworthy ones shall not deceive our children anymore.

When I was 5, my parents had a drawing in the dining room.
It depicted many people killed..crucified... beheaded...burnt at stake...poisoned...on the electric chair.

I used to look fascinated to that horror and wondered with my mind of a child what great crimes must those had been committed for such cruel deaths. I imagined them to be serial criminals, tyrants, mass murderers and so on.

There were also some Names inscribed on some of them...Jesus Christ...Socrates...Giordano Bruno.

And from time to time i was asking my father about them, waiting for a true horror story:

Who was that guy, Socrates, father? He was really evil, what did he do?

And he said, to my amazement, he was a philosopher, he loved wisdom.

And also for Giordano Bruno, he told me that he was a scientist that discovered that the Earth was round, not flat. And so on.

In the end i asked, not understanding, and feeling a great sadness inside:

Why then, these people that loved Truth so much, were killed in such horrible ways?

And my father said (and this answer is the essence of his spiritual contribution to my path):

They were killed, Son, because they were born much before their time. They saw a World of Truth and Beauty that was far in the future, and they tried to tell the others. But people were to narrow minded to understand their vision, and so they killed them.

Oh, the sadness that i felt inside for the absurdity of such a thing.
But at the same time, a voice inside said:

"This will not happen anymore. I will make sure of this."

I don't know if you are familiar with the books of Helena Roerich - Agni Yoga is the name of the series.

In one of them it is said: "Of the pure aromas, one must prefer the rose; it contains a very lasting oil. But it should not be forgotten that flowers should be gathered before decomposition has set in. I point out roses because they contain the greatest quantity of fiery energy. Thus, lovers of roses are near to fiery energy. The entities that feed on decomposition avoid the aromas of fiery energy. One must accept this indication in all simplicity, and just as information from a pharmacy."

Thought you might resonate :). There is one book called 'Heart' which is very good for centering in the Heart

And as it's an ancient custom of the Sisters and Brothers of Heart to share stories of their spiritual search, i'd like to share one about the Astral Travels and OBE (out of body experiences).

First i encountered talk of these things when i started reading Castaneda back in 2003. At that time my consciousness was stuck at the level of the abstract mind. I wanted to understand all existence, but with the mind. The heart/intuition was submerged at a more subconscious level.

The description of the structure of the reality by don Juan was the most coherent i had read at that point from the abstract point of view. It did not present any contradictions and resonated deeply at some level.

The part about the Art of Dreaming made sense at the abstract level, and although i did not had a direct experience, I opened myself to that realm.

Although, I did not try any specific technique to achieve this, only directed my abstract intention toward that direction. The resistance of my inner self to any outside techniques is a a general approach throughout my spiritual search. I did not try meditation, yoga, prayer or any other kind of outward techniques, because a silent inner voice always told me that this was not essential, and all that one should do must come from the inside.

After that I started to have periods of intense dreams but not what could be technically called OBE. Around 5 years later I had the first OBE. Unexpectedly, during a dream, I became conscious of my body and i felt a magnetic sensation, starting from the feet, of my body going upwards. My rational mind was completely in shock, it could not believe that this is happening, and while i was around 30 centimeters above my body, I forcedly opened my eyes to see if it is really happening. The first image I saw was of a fractured reality, like pieces of a broken mirror. At that time i was not centered in the Heart.

Few years later, I started to identify myself with the Heart Centre. It was more or less a natural occurrence that i started feeling my energy centres as a kind of magnetic pulsation.

The next two OBE experiences were both triggered by the activation of the Heart centre.
The first one happened inside a dream in a moment when i saw a kind of snake coming from the mouth of the woman. Instinctively, my heart centre activated and the next thing was that i was again conscious of my energetic (etheric) body going upwards. This time, there was no fear because feeling the heart centre pulsating gave me an inner calm/courage. But again, as i was not seeing anything, my mind was obsessed with opening the eyes to confirm what i felt was happening. But trying to concentrate upon opening the eyes, made me lose my focus in the heart, from where i had a feeling of controlling my energetic body. In the end, my mind managed to comput a basic simulacre of reality, but at that point i knew that i could not control the flight anymore, and i felt that i was already going to far of my physical body, and i decided to wake up.

The last experience was a full one. I woke up in the middle of the night, and after i opened my eyes i closed them again for going back to sleep. With my eyes closed suddenly i herd a crystal clear sound of a spring and some birds singing and shortly afterwards i felt again my heart centre. It was so surreal that i opened my eyes. I was convinced that i was in a waking state, and what i saw was perfectly real.
But when i got out of bed, I understood that i was not in the waking state. I could not feel my body as usual, instead i felt a magnetic sensation in my feet, something close to drifting on ice. The moving was not made by the feet, but from the locus of the heart centre.
I went to the other room where a friend was sleeping, i flew a little, i woke him up, we had a little laugh about the situation. And then i went to a wall trying to test my 'powers'. I was convinced that i could get my hand through the wall, but to my surprise when i touched the wall it was the same sensation like in waking reality, perfectly solid.
At that moment i thought to myself something like: "of course it is solid if i think it is solid, if i want to move through it i have to imagine it is not solid"

And immediately after that thought i opened my eyes and i was in bed, awake this time. I took this experience to be some kind of preview, to know that it is possible. Also the fact that it was a fully-featured experience that i did not invoked, nor did i decided when to end it (with my ego consciousness that is) proved to my that this kind of stuff is controlled by the Higher-Self or Spirit.

After this i realized the following:
- all the books about astral travel and OBE that i browsed do not mention the essential factor for this kind of stuff - the Heart centre
- instead they sell you different 'proved' techniques that focus on outside tricks for the mind - listening special kinds of music/sounds, trying to visualize different stuff etc etc.
-maybe those techniques work for 'forcing' your etheric body outside your physical one. But what i know for sure is that if you are not really grounded in your Heart centre, you do not have any sort of protection from lower astral entities, and you are exposing yourself to those influences.
- and for one centered in the heart, this kind of experiences happen if they have to happen, and they are decided at a Higher level.
- it might be possible to reach a level when you can go by will in these realms. But I am not there. And also i know for sure, that without a pure heart, venturing in these realms is extremely risky.
- of course the way i felt the experiences might not be the only way for a one with pure heart. But i tend to believe that the locus of the heart centre is absolutely essential for one given to the Path with the Heart.

So, for those on the Path with a Heart, and i tell this from my Heart, what is written above is all there is to say about things like astral travel and OBE. Not books of hundreds pages explaining various external techniques of how to achieve this. They are of another Path. For the ones who stay in the Heart, if it has to happen it will happen when it will have to happen, and there is nothing more than that.

and connected with the above story i feel to share the first paragraph from the book Heart by Helena Roerich:

After our daily labors, let us gather to discourse about the heart. It will lead us beyond the domains of Earth toward the Subtle World, in order to bring us closer to the sphere of Fire

"To behold with the eyes of the heart; to listen with the ears of the heart of the roar of the world; to peer into the future with the comprehension of the heart; to remember the cumulations of the past through the heart; thus must one impetuously advance upon the path of ascent. Somewhere buried deep inside, there must be Bright childhood memories, or aspirations and yearnings for a better world.
Go to those places, friend and look upon your life from that vantage point of light. And ask yourself if you chose the darkness or if it happend upon you by outside force.
If it's the first case, be in peace for by yourself you chose the way, and I respect it.
If it's the second case, go back to that starting place of light and make your choice now.

I really love this story. Mine is actually similar in the heart and result, but longer and after seeing it play out over history.

I decided then that somebody had to keep trying. To try to hold out that branch of peace, no matter what.

And only our Love will decide how long it will be.
Till Everybody fills their Hearts with Joy.
And Nobody is left apart anymore.

Andreidita, am gratefull for you to create this thread, a sacred place for true hearts to share for real...
Have the deepest respect for this, a place of peace and truth, within a world of illusion.
I have felt a close connection since the respond you gave me in my first thread here 'embrace your inner dragon'
There is a strong urge within me for this to get real, for this to touch the hearts which can be touched and to wake those minds which can be woken.
I remember many things, remember the time of Atlantis when we had the fall, Earth were still so innocent and radiant, the Universe of lies and Gods who wanted power, hierachies and pedestals had not yet reached her Oceans and polluted her crystal clear air.
They came from nowhere it seemed, like vampires, beasts of prey, incarnating, coming from the sky, looking with cold abusive eyes, for ways to control, for ways to create fear into the innocent hearts of Adam and Eves...
Religions were founded, Gods and followers, masters and slaves... Those who wanted to rape, control and posess had an easy game for those hearts that did not know evil
Souls were captured, experiments were made, even destruction of the souls, even that...
Gaia was polluted, demon posessed, and the minds of her once so joyfull people were controlled and war and the abuse of technology became reality on the beautifull face of Earth...
I remember the fall very well, I remember those spirits and souls which choose to stand in the deepest of the heart of evil, for as many souls as possible to save, thereby taking the blame and guilt themselves.
Remember how they turned from beautiful angels and dragons into dark pillars, receiving all the evil, thereby protecting those of innocent hearts who had been led into confusion on the road to destruction.
I remember how the worlds fell, all to well
How the spirit, how our true nature were forgotten, captured to be only a battery for a creation filled with lies and games...
I remember the sadness and the pain of all that true and precious to be devoired by the greed and power
The loneliness of seeing the lights within true brothers and sisters to be darkened...
Know that with all that I am and stand for, for whatever that may count, I'll be here with my heart of truth, be here for rememberence, for our true nature to awake once again...

Although my remembering is pretty much blocked in terms of imagery...maybe is the relentless orientation on the future...for which i do not allow myself yet to delve to much in a past long forgotten...but in a silent way it is all there...all that you speak
With the few friends that allow from time to time their souls to listen and i feel i can speak from that silence...I tell them...I was here the last time, when it did not end so well...somehow we lost that day to the unworthy ones...but this time...

When i was a kid the story i loved most was that of Prometheus...and a similar local story of a people that fought with the evil gods that mocked and enslaved humanity...and at the third try they won...and restored the old way

i was blessed as a child to not have any dogmas forced upon me...just sincere answers to my sincere questions...and between prometheus and the gods...my soul was 100% percent with him...with his love and his sacrifice for humanity

and i translated that quest into my aspirations for this world...the first aspiration was to do medical research and find the cure for incurable diseases...i was so eager since childhood to join my brothers that work for the betterment of Humanity...and in my innocence i thought that all think like me...

but as time went...i was forced to shrink the circle...people were strange indeed...they did not seem to have much aspirations...i tried in all directions...but every time my intuition/inner voice told me they were all dead ends that would not lead to the fulfillment of my soul's earning...passed opportunities that each 'normal' human would think as great achievements...to come to the point where after gathering all the pieces i saw the world of today for what it really is...better disguised it's true...but nevertheless the same story as in Prometheus time

and back home again where it all started...had to admit that myths are not so childish after all...that history really has a tendency to repeat itself...in grand circles...or so it seems...i said ok let's play ball then...and maybe last time we made some errors...maybe we rushed some thing a little...but we payed...and even with interest...and the children of Gaia...they were innocent...why did they have to suffer, to die...but now it is time...for the ones who kept the booking account for humanity...and made them slaves...to answer to their own superiors...and to be judged according to the Laws of the Universe.
