Dreamed of a White Bird
In my dream this morning i was looking out my window and i seen from the north the most beautiful white bird, very large flying over the top of my house.
I went out the door and looked to the west and there she was, she was wearing a beautiful black and white hat, and has a matching dress to go with it, and she saw me looking at her and came to me and i held her....god i loved her so much and she smiled up at me and we just stared into each others eyes for a long time...
Then i noticed that she had lost her hat, and so i went to look for it all the time holding on to her never letting her go, and then i looked down and she had lost her dress, and i felt so sad that it was gone....
Then she took a drink of water out of my hands and she started to choke and i was crying so hard at the thought of losing her...so i brought her back to life, and knew that i had to set her free because she was slowly dying being with me, and i told her I'm letting you go, and she said to me smiling..."You truly love me don't you" and i said god yes i love you and i let her go.
I looked down at myself and realized that i had nothing on and was naked, and then i woke up....

So perplexing and so much to this i just need help understanding it.

Hey sweet one
What I get out of that dream, see if it resonates with your amazing heart, is that the bird is the spirit
To come to you before it have needed material things, the hat and the dress are those... E.g. contacting you through books, things you hear, feel and otherwise sense in this world...
You spirit (which is your true essence) so much want to be with you within this physical realm, until it almost get choked and are dying, because the entrapment is so great within this creation, which are more for body and soul rather than the spirit (the spirit always want to be wild and free, equal with All)
When you find such pure love, that you are able to let go of the bird/spirit, you transcend the way of loving...
You love goes out of time and space, the bird may leave, but you become the spirit...
That's also why you were naked... That you and the spirit are the same... One

Make any sense?
just be love in truth...

control and abandonment
The engravings translate to "This space intentionally left blank."

The prayer is inscribed in an ancient script, rarely used today. It seems to be a philippic against small insects, absent-mindedness, and the picking up and dropping of small objects.

The gate is open; through it you can see a desolation, with a pile of mangled bodies in one corner. Thousands of voices, lamenting some hideous fate, can be heard.
The way through the gate is barred by evil spirits, who jeer at your attempts to pass.

It is your sub-consciousness.
And I was fighting in a conflict last night, no surprise since I am waiting for a war to break up soon for a while...

Happy it resonated...
Yes you have found something within your life, which enables you to let go of the spirit, in the sense that you and the spirit becomes one

Reminds me of the old adage...

Yes it does, i just always took it as that was only meant in one way, and that is an earthly love, as it is also, but spiritually i had never thought of before, now i know, all things are taken in so many different aspects!!

Also reminds me of the vid I posted last night. Perhaps this will offer some clarity as well. I was not going to post it, but I am being pulled to do so...

The white bird appears in the vid below...

does it feel a long time ago, it does to me
nicely so

Yes.

Time has lost meaning to me and no longer functions as it once did.

hmm

I think perhaps, when one increases their acceleration to such a point, that 'time' slows way down accordingly...

A bit like, those moments just before a car accident that seem to stretch into Eternity...

wink
 Quoting: Seer777

you are right and in doing so you emotionally experience an extraordinary long linear timed life span

nothing feels like yesterday , everything feels a long time ago
and
is in practical terms because of the volume of productive/constructive emotional experiences experienced within traditional linear timed time
 Quoting: aether

I believe it is also relative to change. Movement. Outside and within ones 'environment'.

When one has so much coming at them at once, to 'slow down' is not an option, so 'time' slows down in its place.

Thus the only thing which remains is that which ones chooses to focus their attention in that moment while attempting to disregard or incorporate all other stimuli.

Some the attention is chosen for you...as is life.

"With an eye made quiet by the power of harmony and the deep power of joy, we see into the life of things." William Wordsworth

And yet the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe—the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of God.

John F. Kennedy Inaugural Address

Lincoln's economic advisor Henry C. Carey explained the universal issue in his 1851 Harmony of Interests:

"Two systems are before the world.... One looks to pauperism, ignorance, depopulation, and barbarism; the other to increasing wealth, comfort, intelligence, combination of action, and civilization. One looks towards universal war; the other towards universal peace. One is the English system; the other ... the American system, for ... elevating while equalizing the condition of man throughout the world."

"Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." - Albert Einstein
