It being a child's skull explains the size of the eye sockets.

Why are the eye sockets so huge. How were those made or binded ?

The teeth are too large to be those of a young normal child a few months old, yet its body is that of an infant no more than a few months old. There would not have been enough time for binding to have deformed the skull to this amount. Therefore, binding is inconsistent with the samll size of the body. If it IS a deformed child with a hydrocephelous head, then binding is not needed to explain its large, odd-shaped.

Has the capacity of the brain cavity been assessed for proportional size to the rest of the skull? A bound skull will still have a human capacity ratio proportional to the rest of the skull. A non human skull will probably be substantially different in capacity.

Hydrocephalus does not create elongated skulls but rather enlarged cavities resembling the original shape. The elongated skulls found around the world tend to have over sized capacity in relation to skull size, hydrocephalus doesn't explain this.

Maybe so, all the hydrocephalus children I have seen have a much rounder shape but as you say, it does depend on how the fluid accumulates. That said, I still don't believe that across the board, this or even binding is the explanation for all the elongated skulls.
