Sometime later in the day, will have Krill oil, resveratrol, vit D3 and vit K2. Maybe a multi-vitamin w/o Iron. Magnesium, folic acid, B12 at night. Instant tea made with spring water and added apple-cider vinegar, sweetened with dextrose and a packet of saccharin several times during the day. Yeah, the saccharin might be bad, but not as bad as aspartame, Splenda, or HFCS. In his book, "Between Two Ages," Brzezinski wrote: "The technetronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values." MuzzleBreak |

Quoting: Aquarianside I can recommend Source of Life Liquid Vitamins. Mostly because they also include iodine which is really important in the aftermath of the Fukushima nuclear event. It is a complete vitamin product and readily absorbed. I also take coconut oil, bilberry for eyes that look at computers for much of the day, and extra Vitamin D3. Depending on how I am feeling, I might dose myself with other minerals or supplements but my main standard is the liquid one. I find the best price here- [link to www.vitaminshoppe.com] If you live near a Vitamin Shoppe they will match the online price. cheers |

Psychobilly User ID: 23773057 United States 09/23/2012 08:37 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Don't listen to all the fucking gurus. Most of them are full of shit and want to sell you a bottle of special greens for $80. Like it or not, we're all eating rubbish. The best thing you can do is pick food that is not dead. The less dead the food is the better. Here's a hint. If it's in a box, it's DEAD. Learn to be a man. Think like a survivor. EATING IS NOT A LUXURY. You eat because you have to. We Americans have come to think that everything has to taste like chocolate and roses. We put endless shit in kids food (HFCS and Hydrogenated Oils) and make kids fat and unhealthy and then go nuts about healthcare. HEALTHCARE HEALTHCARE HEALTHCARE. But no, don't educate people on how to eat. Don't educate doctors on nutrition instead of pills. Don't punish fucking General Mills, Kraft and Nabisco for POISONING people. I've been at this for years. The best supplement is not from a bottle, but from food. The body was designed to process food, not chemical substitutes. Not that I don't take them, but if you need to rely on a supplement for something, then something is missing in your diet. Oat meal, apples, raw eggs in my morning green shake, nuts, some cheese, not fucking Kraft. PASTA = SHIT MILK = SHIT I get 3 bags of baby spinach, 3 baby carrots, 3 celery bags, Ginger, lemons, apples and I make 3 huge zip loc bags on Sunday. Washed and ready to go. I go through a bag in 1.5 days. I put the stuff in the blender with water and drink. I usually do a tbsp of coconut oil to help the digestion of the greens and such. Eat meat, but not tons of it. Never eat too much of one thing. Eat small snacks during the day. Not whopping meals @ 8pm. Also, eat the brunt of your protein during the day. The pancreas has 2 functions. During the day it breaks down proteins. At night, it helps you to metabolize the foods you ate during the day. It also interacts with the brain too I believe during the evening. So, in a nutshell. If your eating a steak at 10pm and going to bed at 11pm, your doing your pancreas a great dis-service. It's supposed to REST during the evening. How many fools do you know that eat a rack of ribs at 10pm? Worst thing you can do. I do take some supplements. I use 5-htp and St. Johns wort when I'm down in the dumps. Want to know how good St. Johns works? The liquid stuff? Just like an SSRI, if I take St. Johns, it's almost impossible to complete during sex. So I use them when things get down, but not all the time. I take a multivitamin in the AM. B complex 2x a day Morning and afternoon. I take 6 1000mg fish oils per day. This is a must for me. If I don't do fish oil, I go mentally downhill fast. Maca + Tongkat Ali for testosterone boosting. AM BED TIME. If your not sleeping there's an issue. Booze, caffeine got to go first. Then take b6, zinc, magnesium. These 3 at bed or 1-2 hours before, coupled with 20 minutes of moderate cardio per day will have you sleeping like a champ. I use to add 3mg of melatonin to it but find I'm not as tired in the AM if I skip the melatonin. But I was taking it too late too.
