Yeah, eating right and excercising is great, but sometimes your glands follow the rules of what you inherited, which is something you cannot change. Just be glad we live in a day and time that we can correct such things so easy with modern medicine.

I've actually thought about this (I'm 40) since I suffer from low energy, lack of focus, not particularly high sex drive, etc.

Trouble is, I am shy (actually pushing social anxiety disorder level) and never really had any "game" when it comes to women (very few past relationships, no current prospects), so the last thing I need is to increase my sex drive... since I wouldn't be getting any anyway. I wish I could just switch it off completely at this point, to be honest.

Your a little confused. Aggressive and standing your ground are signs of manliness, regardless of hormone levels. Bitchy is where you whine and complain while your government disarms you, but you don't do anything about it.

Well, from what I have experienced, you will have many more benefits from this than just higher libido my friend. I have experienced more drive to complete projects around the house, an enhanced feeling of well-being, more alert, etc.
