Anonymous Coward User ID: 25394394 Australia 10/12/2012 01:09 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | my mom is not inclined to this kind of thing but she had leg cramps for over a year- heard about this and tried it out of desperation and it worked 1st time. she still can't believe it and no one suggests any plausible reason for it to work. worked for her though. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 536850 United States 10/12/2012 01:10 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My thoughts? That soap is cheap and calling B.S. before you try it is a sign that you're afraid that others will attack you for presenting an unconventional idea. Don't get me wrong, on GLP they will, but face it, some people will attack anyone for anything. Try it and see. |

There are nerve endings in your feet that "attach" to every organ and part of your body. Check out reflexology... treating ailments by massaging the proper places on your feet. Or hold your nose and have someone rub some Lavender oil where your toes join the bottom of your foot... you will smell it instantly! Maybe there is something in soap... the fats/oils or the alkalinity that you readily absorb through proximity, which helps with the cramps. Good to know, no matter how it works! Been getting them lately myself, and I'm bedding with a bar of soap tonight! WooHoo! Thanks! |

It is cheap and a real scientific cure allowing magnesium to soak into the muscles from the largest organ in the human body, the skin. Magnesium deficiencies need correcting in order to maintain potassium serum levels and is essential for enzyme reactions that essentially feed the muscle cells. Even the day prior to a strenous day you will notice the benefit and the lighter feel in your steps if you prefeed your muscles with this incredible natural resource. For centuries the wealthy of Europe travelled to Epsom England to enjoy the relief by the natural occuring hot baths of salts. Today we can buy it for pennies at our local pharmacy and get the same relief that they once could only have once in a great while at huge expense. I am a huge fan. |

I guess i can't knock it till i try it. Interesting to already see someone that has had success with this. All expensive, scientific, blind drug studies include a group of individuals that are given placebos/sugar pills. A larger proportion of placebo participants are CURED, yet, no anaysis of HOW/WHY is done? Because THE CURE IS FREE, AND OUR MINDS ARE AS EFFECTIVE AS THEIR POISONS! You know where you can put your flag.... |

A charlie horse in the middle of the night is gruesome! I put magnesium oil on my legs and or feet before bed. No worries! Magnesium relaxes the muscles while calcium contracts them. .............................. When you judge another, you do not define them, you define yourself. .................................. Maybe you need to be more alkaline? (Think Braggs brand organic apple cider vinear - use as salad dressing daily, or a tbspn in glass of water in the morning daily, etc.) Bananas are good for potassium, but too many of them are 'nuked' (aka radiated) so maybe a good mineral/vitamin supplement would work better for you. Just my 2 cents worth - hope all is well. BTW, I take a product called "Vein Ease". Helps my lower leg issues as I am pre-diabetic. Working on losing weight to et rid of teh 'pre-diabetic' diagnosis. Product does work as an fyi. And a baby aspirin a day works good too. Last Edited by sleepypoochy on 10/12/2012 09:19 PM |
