Thor's Hamster User ID: 29656734 United States 12/11/2012 09:00 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Here's what he claims... Three men took part in the Bluff Creek, CA Bigfoot video footage -- two knowingly, one unknowingly. The story is that Roger Patterson and Bob Hieronymous planned the event, and that Bob Gimlin was an unwitting, honest witness. They were all friends. Patterson and Gimlin traveled south from Washington State to the Bluff Creek area. They rode horses into the forest. Gimlin stated that Patterson suggested they put away their guns and agree NOT to shoot Bigfoot (because Patterson knew that, unbeknownst to Gimlin, their buddy Hieronymous would be in the Bigfoot outfit). Then along comes Hieronymous in the Bigfoot outfit, they capture him on video, and the rest is history. It's a fairly ingenious plan -- keep one of the 3 (Gimlin) in the dark, so he TRULY thinks he saw Bigfoot and makes for a very believable witness (because he actually DOES believe it); while Patterson and Hieronymous play their roles. Who knows if this is truly what happened, but that's the story. One of many. Apollo astronauts couldn't have passed through Van Allen's Belt. Van Allen wore suspenders. |
Thor's Hamster User ID: 29656734 United States 12/11/2012 09:03 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I know a guy who knows Bob Hieronymous. Hieronymous is still alive and lives outside of Yakima, WA. Quoting: Thor's Hamster Here's what he claims... Who knows if this is truly what happened, but that's the story. One of many. Also, Patterson was interested in Bigfoot BEFORE he shoot this film. And...there were rumors of a sighting of Bigfoot in the area earlier. So it's not like 2 guys who had no interest in, or much awareness of, Bigfoot were out on horseback and happened upon Bigfoot. Patterson had a prior interest. There was a prior report of a sighting in the Bluff Creek area. And Patterson brought a video camera in an effort to capture footage for a movie of some kind about Bigfoot. And surprise, surprise...wouldn'tcha know it?!...On their first outing, they got the best footage anyone has ever gotten of Bigfoot. It's all very "tidy", wouldn't you say? Apollo astronauts couldn't have passed through Van Allen's Belt. Van Allen wore suspenders. |

THIS and ONLY THIS!!! Here's a stabilized version. For those that claim this is a person in a fur suit, you need to have your damned eyes examined. The tech required to make a suit like that certainly DID NOT exist then. Even with today's tech, you'd be hard pressed to make such a suit today. Last Edited by Hawgzilla on 12/11/2012 09:23 PM Ban guns to "save the children" but killing them in the womb is totally cool......I see; it makes perfect sense now. |

Quoting: Thor's Hamster Its a good thing that true experts disagree with you. I dont think 3 gomers could pull something off that was better than hollywood at the time and had tits. They simply are not smart enough. I dont believe that guys you say you know....perfect story one can never dis prove...his face was covered up (if it was him)....sounds like your the victem of a bullshitter. |

It's a video of Bob Hieronymous (the guy allegedly in the Bigfoot costume) walking as he claims he did for the Patterson film. Be honest...he greatly resembles the stature, slant, gate, etc. of the "Bigfoot" in the Patterson film. I don't have a dog in this fight, so I'm not promoting either side, but in my opinion, it was Hieronymous in a costume. Just my opinion. Apollo astronauts couldn't have passed through Van Allen's Belt. Van Allen wore suspenders. |
