It may be the personal trauma I am going through right now, but I am thinking it is the right time for the pole shift to begin. I keep seeing the city I live in under ~150 feet of sea water.

Okay, I will focus my energy.
Please understand I can only do so for perhaps 30-40 minutes at a time, maybe ONCE a day.
It is quite draining.
I am curious, there exists folks,
many folks who can focus 100%?

I try, I try and breath consciously 24/7, thus putting my brain wave state into a 24/7 meditative state but that is a work in progress.

I have indeed been doing JUST this today, so yesh, I am telling you each and every ONE that I TRULY LOVE YOU with ever fiber of my being.
