I'm not counting on a really good turnaround after the election. I don't think either candidate can manage it quickly. Give the new/old guy a few years... but I'm not sure the country can survive that long.

Look at Europe. I'm concerned that we're headed the same direction. Learn to farm/garden. Try out new crafts that will make you some sort of income if all goes wrong... sewing, leatherwork, shoe-repair, welding.

Romney victory should bring down ammo prices so I can spend more time at the range. Maybe add to the pistol collection. Damn I'm ready for the fun to begin.
