This is one of two viral possibilities

First, this could be a viral outbreak and Zombies are real

Second and far more likely, this is a great viral attempt to sell books. The fact that point #7 and last point was about where to get the book and then a link at the end of the video for the same publishing site. Seems like some viral marketing to me.

It appears as if someone snuck in a tiny camera into this briefing. Not quite sure though.

This is beyond fake, the speaker at the podium can't even say the group name without sounding fake. The camera is shot through a paper towel roll, the blonde is there to distract you.....
