Ahhhh time for bed. Wait, where am I all of a sudden?

A dream plane is somewhere you are. A place to do things, a place to be.

This is also somewhere where you and other people can do things together. Somewhat like physical reality. Each plane is relatively isolated from one another and what happens in one doesn't affect the others (unless you make it happen). What you do in the basement doesn't mean that it necessarily affects the main floor, but it can.

Here are a list of planes that have been universally recognized as follows (in order):

-Physical
-Etheric
-Astral
-Mental
-Spiritual

You use up more energy on the Etheric plane as opposed to the Astral plane, etc. So to become lucid in the Etheric plane is more difficult.

Each plane is a testing ground. This is the evolution of your spirit.

The etheric plane is mostly a testing ground for how you deal with things in physical situations. The etheric plane is an environment which helps you in obtaining your physical needs. Animals have etheric dreams in times of famine, and it helps them to find food / water.

The astral plane is the plane where your ego doesn't exist. It is a dream plane of emotions and feelings. If you can, ask your spirit guides that you meet here to teach you the nature of fear, which is very important.

This is why I STRONGLY suggest doing energy work like Tai-Chi, Qigong or Yoga. The energy you gather by doing this energy work is what helps you gain power in the astral realm. This is the energy required for you to remember your dreams, to fly, to control the situation in any of the dream planes, etc.

This is a small stepping stone in a HUGE journey if you can scry in the astral realm. You need to practice Magick in order to accomplish this and it isn't something that you can really wrap your mind around unless you have a good unerstanding of the basics.
