Colorado And Washington Legalize Marijuana... Anyone planning on moving yet? | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 26980506 United States 11/07/2012 04:51 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I imagine they will take your name down when you buy it and then watch your every move so they can catch you with illegal drugs (or more weed than you're allowed to have). Which, let's be honest, most pot-smokers do very frequently. Or they are just REALLY cool...... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 26980506 Hmmmm, probably not. They crafted it to be the same as selling liquor. They don't take down your info when you buy a 6-pack, hopefully they will not be taking down info when I go get a few grams. If they happen to insist on taking info, I'll just continue buying from my current guy - who supplies to the medical dispensaries. Oh....there's a catch. We will see I guess... It's not like people who smoke don't already have a connection. And it's not like that connection will *POOF* disappear once stores open. If people think that they're giving away too much privacy by buying at a store, they'll get it outside of the store. When's the last time they did something that didn't go their way? That's all I'm saying. Not ignorant to the ways of the streets btw. Just saying. There's always a catch. |

Quoting: Kieri Your statement is a little off. They can pull you over and TEST using normal tests on the scene such as the alphabet backwards, walking on a line with your finger on your nose, but they will have to arrest you first before blood testing you... This is a known law and Initiative 502 doesn't override current laws... I hope you were actually trying to make a solid case and not just pulling stuff out of your ass because nothing credible supports what you are saying. Ron Paul or Bust |

Theres just a therapy clinic in Pueblo, the big main hospital is in Denver, but not sure if youll like it as its a very big city. Quoting: APOLLO ILLUMINIST Heres a link of the specifics.. [link to vfwwebcom.org] Cause of all the military bases in Colorado, the state is very supportive and plentiful of Veterans services. Thanks Apollo Illuminist! I considered Denver before, but heard the rent was outrageous. I'll look into it again or maybe somewhere just outside the city. I lived in Boston for college, Los Angeles for work and Las Vegas most recently, so city doesn't bother me. |

Ideally, with a V.A. hospital near by or within an hour and decent economy. Thanks!!! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1055574 Any place along the front range. As was already said, Denver has a VA hospital. Fort Collins is a beautiful town that's about an hour north of Denver - great college there as well (CSU). Thanks! You guys rock. Bookmarking thread and on my way to make plans for a better and healthier future! |

I lived in Boston for college, Los Angeles for work and Las Vegas most recently, so city doesn't bother me. Yeah, Denver is expensive and crime ridden and dangerous, very much like Chicago where I used to live near. I would choose a tiny town of Brighton or Greeley to the North. or the One of the most beautiful cities in the world. Colorado Springs, south of Denver at the foot of Pikes Peak Just depends how much entertainment and outdoors and fun you like to do. If you are still young and want to sight see I would choose Colorado Springs, google it and prepared to have your breath taken away.. Garden of the Gods, rock climbing, the cathedral at the Air force Academy, easy highway to all the ski areas, Just awesome. If you already lived in LA, youll love Colorado Springs, Its like the Hollywood of Colorado in terms of excitement, fun things to do. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 14392840 United States 11/07/2012 06:48 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Oh yeah, forgot to add, If I ever moved to Colorado, I would choose Castle Rock, Its where Dog the Bounty Hunter and his wife Beth live. Its a very nice sized little city between Denver and Colorado Springs, It has everything, all the shops, businesses in a scenic, rugged, setting, |
