Obama began his first term as fraud in chief by violating his oath of office when he directed his former Black Panther "Justice" department overload Holder to drop all charges against the New Black Panther thugs who were awaiting trial for voter intemidation. That was obstruction of justice.

Next, Obama publically approved of the DHS classifying most American citizens as suspected terrorists in April 2009. That may not be a crime in and of itself but his TSA violates the 4th ammendment rights of thousands upon thousands of people every day with unreasonable searches without a warrant with his blessing. That also violates his oath of office to protect and uphold the constitution for the United States.

Next, he and his "justice" department lacky conspired to aid and abet the enemy in a time of war by trying to give a foriegn terrorist a civil trial complete with all the rights and legal council. That's treason.

Then, he participated in treason when his administration charged the state of Arizona with bogus civil rights crimes before the united nations. Openly attacking a state before the world court is treason.

Obamacare violates the 1st, 5th, and 10th amendments plain and simple and he appointed one of the lawyers who helped craft the legal defense to it to the supreme court. Judas Robert betrayed this country when he led the court in it's approval this summer. That not withstanding, Obama has perpetrated an unconstitutional soft tyranny on what once was a free country.

The latest NDAA violates several ammendments and is not just unconstitutonal, but Orwellian.

Congress didn't do a damn thing to stop any of that... even after we replaced 70 of the in the fall of 2010. Face it. You don't live in a free country governed by the rule of law any more.
