It is fact for some, ignorance for most. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27805897 I'm actually considering running for a state position in a couple years. I believe, if Im able, I would be moral. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 6732797 United States 11/15/2012 12:13 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Tasty lies are left where the starved for Truth can find them and gobble them up. Quoting: Hypertiger The vast majority of the population on the Internet connect to find support for or to promote their cherished delusions. I agree. If you put yourself into an information bubble then you can only see the world based on what is inside that bubble. I remember listening to conservative talk radio for the first time about ten years ago. Most of what guys like Hugh Hewitt, Michael Medved, and Dennis Prager was saying was total and utter hogwash. But they would always say "go to our website and read more," "go to [this or that] blog and read more." After about six months, I finally did check out the web resources that they always talked about. I was astounded. Every single thing written or said only perpetuated the hogwash that the guys were spouting on the radio. There were no sources or alternative or dissenting view points. It was a total information bubble created to brainwash people into believing what they were saying. And this is not just a problem of "conservative talk radio." This is a problem on both sides of the political aisle. It is an even bigger problem in the Create Sheep Media outlets like E! and Entertainment Weekly and TMZ. Most people don't even recognize they're in an information bubble. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 11381631 This planet needs to weed out the so-called 'intellectual' top, not the useless eaters crowd.. Interesting that our "choices" for President this year were a guy with a Harvard J.D. and . . . a guy with a Harvard J.D. There's a reason I voted for Gary Johnson. And it's because I agree with you--though I am a strict passivist. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19559803 So much easier. They will never do that because of accountability. The name of the game is deny, deny, deny. I figured that one out with my first girlfriend |
