fitness is key. you need to sweat the toxins out of your body. Even if you eat clean, you still need to flush everything from your system.

fiber is key. the longer stuff lingers in your system, the more dangerous it becomes.

Careful with the charcoal. Much of those products have been taken over by nano black carbon. Not good. Do some research.

I swear by burdock root. ive seen amazing results personally with burdock root and acne.
