Yet they introduce the invasive species the Canadian Gray wolf. The timber wolf that used to roam on the west coast, was only 75 pounds. Bigger then coyotes, but smaller then the big cats. They fit in the animal web. These monsters though, were brought in to make the wild unsafe for humans. |

It couldn't have been a random incident. Bravo you cockroach stupid reproducing humans who are too stupid to value the home planet you live on and have no respect for your fellow creatures. Not to mention the Hollywood types who live there too. Sure kill them cause they're in your way. Dont' bother to use your brain to think about their value and their benefit in the long run. Then one day it will all be about you. Let's see how that works out for ya. |

If not, you might want to think twice before moving to rural areas of Idaho, western Montana and western Wyoming. Back in 1995, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service introduced 35 Canadian gray wolves into central Idaho and the Yellowstone area of Wyoming. Since then these gray wolves have multiplied and are now roaming in huge packs. The coyotes are back and there have been trail cam sightings of mountain lion dragging massive deer. I say add more lions, then the wolf/lion battle can begin! The Abyss stares back... Usually you don't have a chance to spot them because they notice you first and gtfo. But if they do start coming in to yards and moving around human settlement then it's best to shoot one of them. They get the message. That's how we deal with them. |

Second, wolves are an important tool in mother nature's kit. They weed out the sick and weak in the herds of deer etc. Though their diet is mainly itty bitty mice. Seriously OP, you're afraid of wolves??? That's childish. |

I remember seeing a partially tame pack that was in a large enclosure, when a camerman entered with their keeper, they went into predator mode and circled them completely, although they didn't attack. |

They have dumped upon us a preditor that has NEVER been here. It is the Mackenzie Valley Wolf. This area cannot support these killing machines! They are an invasive species and YES they DO sport kill. Here is a link to a spree kill and what our ranchers are going through. You are only hearing PROPAGANDA! [link to mtstandard.com] "Aaron, if you are doing a report for college, you need to read some books by people who live in countries that have been studying wolves for 400 years and have a long history of documentation. You are being brainwashed by eco terrorists and they have an agenda to fullfill. I live in New Meadows Idaho and I personally know the person who killed the large wolf. I didn't personally weigh the wolf so cannot say if it weighed 290 lbs but the man in the picture is 6'4. I can send you many pictures, articles, and attacks on humans, dogs, sheep, horses, elk, moose, deer, and children. These wolves are HUGE and are NOT afraid of humans. Here is a link to just one website for your information. [link to www.skinnymoose.com] "I see the human haters are out in full force!!--the wolf shown is from the same area they illegally transplanted ours from. He weighed 280 lbs and is the new world record and you people want us to live with them??? Pound sand-We are killing every one we see!" 280lbs???????????? thats getting near bear size |

Nine's User ID: 23438707 United States 11/21/2012 02:38 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Wolves do get around – but none more so than one that was already dead. Wolves are well known in the animal world for roaming long distances. Radio collars equipped with GPS have put new details in this marvel. One Oregon wolf covered nearly 300 miles this fall, simply looking around. Even so, the peregrinations of real wolves are dwarfed by the hype of the blogosphere, where some anti-wolf zealots are trying to scare people silly. Take this picture, for example.
