I'm not the one that UTTERLY FAILED and was a laughing stock in front of the world today.

Both sides would be subject to it, and that's why the international community won't touch it. They'd be forced to examine and address the behavior of the Palestinians in regard to targeting civilians. That would go against their little circus today.

The biggest problems out of this are:

Nothing changes on the ground regarding Israel.

Hamas is pissed off, didn't support this, and will spark brutal violence between Hamas and Fatah.
