Let me ask you something, maybe you know. Last couple of months I have some ringing in my left ear. Sound like little bird, tweet tweet (and no, I'm not going crazy ). I googled it, this I found: [link to www.hopkinsmedicine.org]

High blood pressure maybe?? Sound familiar to you?? It's getting wierd, I hear it al the fukcing time. I will see a docter, got some nose bleeds too, so pretty much convinced it's high blood pressure.

Definitely sounds like it could be. I had an AWFUL nose bleed once. I was in and out of the ER 3 times in one night with it. It would NOT stop! Well, it would stop, but then within a half hour start pouring out again. They had to block it with this thing that looked like a tampon, literally. The string hung out of my nose and a specialist had to remove it. That was my one and only nose bleed. I would definitely see a doctor Beetle. High blood pressure is no joke. My great grandmother had it and ended up having a stroke and was in a wheelchair for the rest of her life. And ultimately it took her life because she didn't take her medicine regularly. When I had my nose bleed, I had stopped taking my blood pressure meds so I believe the 2 are linked for sure.

I will see a doctor, and my dad has high bloodpressure (also had a stroke), so maybe it runs in my family too, well only my dad. Never realy thought about it untill the ringing started, none of my other family has it. Fukcing annoying.
