That didn't happen when I first started doing it, at first I was hesitant at taking the fear through my heart, I didn't want it to stay there, but after awhile I decided to trust what was being said within and go with it. I came to the shocking conclusion that Water is the intelligent diseign of the universe and the oceanic life is the Higher density earth. After i realised that my legs felt weak and felt a rush of energy in my heart! It was really intense. That is amazing  It can be very intense and it always leaves me feeling thankful and in awe. |

The only problem was for the next 10 or so days I was colorblind only in the area of a small circle (the sun) but it was directly where I would focus my eyes for reading or such, it was annoying but came back after 10'ish days. Thank you for the info Do you really get the same benefits as sungazing? yes. As long its done thru pure drinking water. not the fluoridated crap. doing the same thru a window glass does not work. Some glass windows have a gas inside them that cause absorbtion of UV. but Glass windows unlike water has no memory and the Light / knowledge from the sun is halted in the glass. What kind of water do you use then for sungazing? eg. bottled reverse osmosis, distilled or do you get it from a spring somewhere? I have not heard before about sungazing with water. really interesting. Tks for sharing that. |

It is nice but I don't get the same feel as watching the Sun direct. Everyone is different. Last week I took a large magnifying glass and projected the Sun's rays onto a clear crystal. That produced a nice glare that others around me could not look at. I had no trouble and it actually felt good. As far as watching the Sun in mid day, that also seems up to the individual. The Sun tells me real quick when I cannot stare at it. If my eyes water too much it is not good for me. Whoever mentioned the water holding memory aspect is right on. I have Dr. Emoto's programming water book and have also created his Rice Experiment. Words are powerful and water will show how words affect it. Humans are made up of a majority of water. When everything around us on the media is negative it destroys us as humans. Peace Amy |
