If you cook the chicken in a non-hydrogenated oil, there's nothing wrong with eating it. Diabetes was never a problem before the advent of Crisco earlier in the 20th century. Do some research on it. Lard is actually good for you if it's not hydrogenated. The food industry and the medical establishment have been brainwashing people for decades now.. All their warnings about cholesterol are bullshit.. There is a difference between good cholesterol and bad, just don't use Crisco or margerine, use REAL butter!!!!

Glad you dont have a weight problem, but diabetes is not genetic. Apparently the fried chicken is bad for the pancreas, and the oils fats & cholesterol is the main culprit causing insulin resistance. Hydrogenated oils are much worse but all oils contribute to the problem.

I think the fat head film if about the typical western diet causing health problems, not really about fat people. There's another called 'Super size Me'.
